Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

I have now tried out a few review apps, and found that Stamped worked the best for my needs, and the style also suits my brand the best. Their customer service is surprisingly super prompt for such a popular app (and considering I'm still on the unpaid plan), especially compared to other apps that I have tried. Overall I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to other ecommerce sites.

I used this app to help me post reviews on my site. I believe it would be better if it had more customization options. For example, font size, font type... And also if you could delete a review directly from the product page.

I use the app to enhance my shopify store as I heard it was really good. Was a little bit confusing to setup but besides that it is a very clean, professional app.

The email in queue capture the review and make it stand out, unlike the other app I was using. I especially love the after order followup nudge emails for reviews. It brings customer confidence since it's a "verified" and can't be added or changed. I love it. :) Great job!

I had the misfortune of having a best-seling product deleted by accident from my store. The customer service at Stamped had all of my reviews back up and appearing on the product page once I had re-created the page. The product works great, it is easy to customize and set up emails and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

I've been using for maybe 4-5 days the free version as we are a newer small business at the moment (have had a lot of questions) and their customer service is on point! They are so friendly and professional and their response time is super quick!! Very impressed and glad they are such great help even if I am using the free version which other apps typically take a long time to respond if your not on a paid plan. Love the services that the apps offers, looks very clean and simple which is exactly what I need for my website/business

This app is only as complicated as you want it to be: Are you a noob? Select a template and go. Are you a professional who demands granular control? Every element, every automation, every color, font, style and preset is under your direct control. This app is intelligent, intuitive and indispensable.

There are lots of functions within this App and I think the bascis is just enough for most sellers..

Refreshing to find an alternative that is more robust while significantly more economical. The customer service was top notch in satisfying our customized needs.

Had difficulty customising the font in the widget to match my website. Wrote in to customer service and they fixed my problem within the same day! Will definitely consider subscribing in the future if my business grows. Highly recommend to start out with this just based on the customer support especially if you are a small online store that's growing.
