Simple to use. Saves hours of work

Very misleading. Page says it does 3 things - alt tags, compressions and image resizing/cropping. Take note - it may have done this in the past but now it only does TWO. Alt tags and compressions work fine. It no longer does image resizing/cropping. Wasted my time.

Now manually fixing nearly all my photos due to a mistake that they made..... supposedly while "optimizing" my photos they did an update. Long story short, it has been a terrible experience and my life would have been much better never dealing with this company. But hey, they offered free use of their apps so I can screw up the rest of my store, how can you beat customer service like that??
