The support team were very good, quick responses and helped fix issues to prevent delay in sale launch.

Me being dumb and mistake prone meant I had to contact the support staff almost everyday and thank god for that! They have helped me so much in setting up the app and providing me the necessary answers to my frustrated inquiries!

App seems good unless you want to offer a reduced price product in response to a purchase. The FAQ is out dated in this matter regarding how to hide the reduced price special offer from the rest of your shop. I tried live support chat and they were less than helpful. I sent screen shots of their faq where it shows a screen shot of 'hide collection' tic mark in shopify that is supposed to do this job. I sent a screen shot of my collection page that shows this option is not available in collections. I was given no work around. Just talked to in circles without the difference in screen shots ever being acknowledged. I'm uninstalling and looking for a better option.

Great customer support, I've had a few questions regarding the product and found their online support to be prompt and helpful. One feature I would like to see, is having multiple upsells that work in conjunction with my Quantity Breaks app.

Contains many of the features to specify upsell offers. CSS and design did not meet our needs. Mobile serves 100px images only. Layout does not auto-calculate when turning screen from landscape to portrait. Disabling mobile does not prevent mobile user experience from being available when shrinking desktop screen size. Had to use CSS to replace the 100px so limited to 1 campaign at a time. No campaign duplication option so we are just re-editing the original campaign over and over again. Please fix your app.

8Upsell is a very useful tool for our upsell needs. It offers specific options that were not available in other upsell apps. It has a very user friendly monitoring interface with very useful info. I would recommend it.

Love 8Upsell! This has paid for its self with at least a 1200% return on investment. A couple of times i have had issues, but a support ticket raised has been dealt with super quick and extremely helpfully! Update: After using this app for about 8m now, we have a Conversion rate of 12% of orders with upsell. Thats 1300 baskets with extra £££! LOVE IT

We like this app. We do wish there was an "on/off" feature. As it stands every time we want to pause the offer, we have to go in and change the date. Otherwise it's pretty easy to use.

I am using the app on a limited scale right now, but it seems that customers respond favorably and bite often. There are many ways to set parameters so that the right offer appears to the right audience. I intend to expand my use of the app going forward. -Sarah | www.lotusskyjewelry.com

Update from last review: I am very happy with all the apps this SpurIT offers. You get so much value for the price. Upsell works well and does not have any bugs. The videos for installing the app are the best I have ever seen on Shopify. The instructions are extremely clear and the videos go at a good pace. But if you come across any issues support (Philip) is wonderful and fast. In Stock Reminder is another must have app. I can't tell you how many emails I have collected from that app. Overall I have had these apps for a while now and have not found any reason to uninstall any of them. This is a solid company with solid products. This app and the others are highly recommended. ======================================================= This is is a must have. I was using an app before this that served the same purpose, and it was horrible - it worked only half the time and support was never there. Luckily, I came across this. Everything works great. Support is wonderful and the dashboard is great at showing you the metrics and conversions you are getting using this. Highly recommended!
