Its a pretty straight forward app, although the video option, when tested, doesn't work on everyone's mobile, which can be very concerning

This app was easy to set up and looks nice in my store. On my end everything has been great. I'm paying for a more expensive plan, but I figured it would be worth it. My customers, however, hate it. I have constant messages of issues on their end with social boost not counting certain sign ups (especially Youtube subscriptions). I've recommended basic trouble shooting like using a different browser, turning off adblock, etc, but I really can't fix their issues since it's an issue with social boost and not on my end or anything I have any control over. I can't find a way to manually add entries for these customers either so I get the brunt of their anger. When my giveaway is over, I won't be using it again. It's a shame because, again, on my end it was great. But it needs to work for my customers or it's pointless!

This app is fantastic!! seriously exceeding my expectations. its extremely user friendly, i created an awesome looking competition in no time. whenever i needed any assistance the support was immediate and friendly (which is sometimes not the case for expensive paid apps!). super stoked with this, highly recommended :)

We used Social Boost to run our pre-launch social sharing giveaway and it's really great! Super easy to set up and install and we got a lot of engagement. It's really full-featured in terms of entry options and all settings are configurable. You can even set it up so that customers are automatically added to your Shopify customer list when they enter the contest. We had it run on our password page while our shop was in pre-launch and it worked great. Would highly recommend and definitely will use again in the future!

Great app, and great support!! I had a small issue at first but support was quick to resolve this for me.

I really like this app so far. I am not on the paid plans but even the features I have available have been a tremendous help to my business. Easy to use and easy to add options to your campaign. I'd like to thank the team behind this awesome app for their customer service as well. They actually check to be sure you are able to gain full utilization of the tools available. I used this app to help create a campaign to get people to be more engaged with the end point being that they would win a gift card from my store. It was easy to set up and easy to customize. Not sure if people are going to enter the giveaway yet it’s only been a day but I’m hoping so. Overall nice app!!!

I have recently signed up, so still very new to the App but have to say, the when I reached out to Customer Service to help walk me thru some issues, I was having as a newbie to technology, they were extremely helpful and simplistic in explaining exactly what I needed to do with step by step instructions. And with many amazing features this app has to offer and I know once I become more familiar with it, I'll be able to really use to my full advantage to help grow my business, in the meantime super excited to get started and build up my email list! And peace of mind knowing that they have AMAZING customer support when needed!

I tried Vyper before but found that I was able to get more entries with Social Boost. It takes a lot of images to setup, but the ways to win is readily visible quickly. Plus it can restrict entries to certain zip codes/countries

I wish the ways to customize looked a little more modern, but super happy so far with my experience.

I used the app when I first opened my store to create a Giveaway Campaign - I was trying to find a way to bring awareness to my store and products other than paid ads (which were not very successful for me at first). The Campaign creation process was easy and so was the integration on my website. Through the campaign, I was able to reach thousands of leads. The best part about it is that I could download the email list and use it (through the paid plan) which is VERY worth it. I most definitely owe my first sales to Social Boost!

I used the app for setting up giveaways, referal programs, quizzes and so on. The engagement through social proof (likes, shares, etc.) works. What i really like about the app is the translation. You can translate all labels (every text) to your stores language. The support is great. I am enjoying the app.

The app is easy to use, the interface user friendly. It's features work well with our store. The costumer service is prompt and very thoughtful. Overall my experience with this app has been great Will update in the feature if needed.

I am using this app to help grow my customers and social media following. It is very easy to use and the support team responds quick. Also great option for start-ups there is a free option that you can start and increase as your business grows.

I'm new to this app, but I find the customer service to be great. The numerous features it offers should meet the needs of any business, large or small. The results of your campaign are only limited to the exposure of your campaign through the various social medias.

This is a really good app, no complaints. it was a little confusing at first but after a few minutes i got the hang of it. You can even restrict to certain zip codes which for me really helps but i had a long list of zipcodes that couldn't fit so they helped me add all the zip codes.

Eine Gute App um Gewinnspiele zu generieren. Leicht zu nutzen. Falls doch einmal Probleme auftauchen ist ein Chat eigentlich immer möglich und einem wird nett und Kompetent weiter geholfen. A good app to generate Kampagnes. Easy to use. If there are any problems, a chat is always possible and you will be helped nicely and competently.
