easy to set up and easy understand! plus it has 30 days free trail! What I want to highlight is these guys are really helpful, they try their best to make the app meet what my business need. In my case, I only need the basic plan at this stage, but i really need one of the features that only included in the small business plan. so I talked to them if they can help us out to add that feature into my basic plan.Suprislingly, they are happy to make that happen, which not only save us money, but more than that, say us time and efforts to try on other loyalty apps. Love it! Makes it easy to reward customers for their Loyalty

A really great feature to add to your website! My only "con" is the layout of the app... when I go to select a program setting, the selection box doesn't move with the page and the scramble and I have to guess which button belongs to a command "Earning Points" always takes me to your twitter account. Otherwise, great app with a small glitch!

Very easy to use with simple instructions

This is exactly what I need for my small clothing business, honestly. I really love this and I think that the numbers they give you to start out with are perfect.

I was having difficulty with understanding how to create discount codes and there was a helpful and friendly customer service rep that called me on the phone and walked me through getting this task completed step by step. I recommend Sweet Tooth 100%

Old Review: Very user friendly and customizable! New Review: Completely disappointed with the downgrading of our current plan based on a Notice and Warning without any reason. Following message appears: "This is our mistake and we completely accept responsibility. These advanced Sweet Tooth features need to be switched to use the coupon upload tool before Friday November 11th." We have been using the app seamlessly for the sole purpose that it was touted as easy to use, set it forget it, but now with the necessity of manually uploading coupons it defeats the purpose. May have to Remove it. Will not recommend.

Are you kidding me? After suckering us in to get our customers to use your rewards system you now say YOU made a mistake and instead of auto generating code we now have to do it manually for ALL our customers unless we upgrade to Shopify Plus. Whose got the time for that! Talk about bait and switch.

I've launched two loyalty programs now, both with Sweet Tooth and I've been pleased each time. The support is friendly and quick to respond, and the program works to keep customers engaged and coming back. I feel that this is the best loyalty solution on Shopify, especially if you're on Shopify Plus.

Why was an 5 star review auto generated saying -easy to set up,looking forward to using it? I would give it 5 stars if I did not have upload all those coupon codes. App is new to me, but with the exception of manually uploading all the coupons, seems like a great app.
