How was your experience setting up the Sweet Tooth app? Very straight forward, the basics of the app is quite easy to understand especially with the FAQs. There were some aspects such as the explainer page that required assistance and some questions. It was also a bit difficult to know how my proposed loyalty scheme compared to other existing programs and how well it would operate in real life. But the team were extremely helpful with their feedback and a lot of my final questions have been answered as the loyalty scheme has started to be used by my fans and customers. What is your favourite feature, or features of the Sweet Tooth app? I really like the incentives to like my social media pages and share the website with other people. I think the invite a friend option is a really good idea. I love the tiers especially as it gives my fans a goal to work towards. How has your overall experience with the Sweet Tooth team been so far? Fantastic, the team have been nothing but knowledgeable and helpful. I felt looked after throughout the entire process and have been able to gain a deeper understanding of the app as a result. What future improvements would you like to see to the Sweet Tooth app? For me, it would be really useful to have an incentive to follow my Spotify page. I think more than one custom incentives would be good, with quite a straight forward way of adding them in that doesn’t require intensive coding. More than three tiers would be nice. The app seems to only show the customer’s current points, so if they spend some you see what they have and not the total points, so it’s difficult to see how far away some are from the next tier. A current points and total points stat would be good.

Great so far! Has aided in organic growth and share via social media of our store, as customers share and promote for reward points, etc.

Easy to set up with great support fro their team. We instantly got tons of signups and customers using points on their orders. Only thing that needs to get taken care of, is ability to weed out people who take advantage of the system using multiple email addresses to create multiple accounts.

For starters, the team at Sweet Tooth have made onboarding the loyalty program incredibly easy. In one month we've managed to build a quality program that has drawn several hundred customers to sign up and participate. The gamification of shopping on our store has propelled sales and has already helped our customers return for repeat purchases. We are currently on the Professional plan to take advantage of several key features such as VIP Tiers and an explainer page. The explainer page does its job to educate our customer and the VIP tiers make shopping on our store that much more fun! The team at Sweet Tooth helped me implement these features in a seamless fashion. We are looking to tinker with our program and the aesthetics over time. Knowing how easy this is to do ourselves eases any anxiety. All in all, we'd highly recommend Sweet Tooth to anyone looking to add another dimension to their customers shopping experience!

It looks really great however many of the option that are advertised i.e. customer receiving points on spending are only available on paid version. I probably would not have downloaded the app if this had been clear. I felt a little miss guided.

Install sit back let app work for you. Nothing to do but install app does the rest. Import to your master list when needed. Great tool to get you on your way.

Sweet Tooth is amazing! Giving your customers points in which they can spend on rewards YOU choose. This helps your existing customers in becoming loyal & overall making more purchases. There is also a great feature in generating new customers through existing ones, which in turn rewards them as well. I love the way this app has improved my e-commerce & I will continue to use it. I highly recommend you giving it a try, what can you lose? Theres a 100% FREE plan available. My only regret is not finding this out a couple of months ago. Awesome app

Hi the email support is just Wonderful. The ap wasn't working after the upgrade and I didn't know what. They were able to fix the problem and within a few minutes we were back up and running.
