This app is super easy to use and the support crew (especially Stuart A) are so great at listening to you and addressing your needs - all with a super friendly tone too. One of the best rewards apps out there, totally worth upgrading.

Excited to get started with Smile. Hoping to justify an upgrade in the not so distant future.

Love the ease of exporting coupon codes. The rewards program has attracted more customers and activity.

It is a great app, but as I am a small business who is just starting out and I know that I will have over 2000 customers as I am an online and in-store seller it would have costed way to much for me to justify, I have had to go with a different app that offers unlimited active customers and still at the same price as the small business deal this app offers. This App offers a great rewards program but I think they they may need to rethink the asking price per month or offer more active customers for what they class as a small business.

So far so good, I like this app alot better than the one I was using, alot more user friendly and alot more options available!

NOT WORKING AT ALLL!!! When click on Reward Program and Create Account, it will take the customer to the HOME PAGE! NO ACCOUNT CREATION ALLOWED!!! TOTALLY CRUSHED!!!

We are on the free plan at the moment. Our only problem is that it takes time for the pop up to arrive when the page is loaded, but that might be our fault. We also with there would be more ways to earn points... But the app is free, and so far it is great. Definitely try it out!

So Far so Good, Really helpful Staff. Responsive to all my questions starting up our loyalty. The is our first time running a loyalty program and worried about how to transition our customers without giving too much. Was deciding between Sweettooth and Loyalty Lion, even though Loyalty lion had more features, we felt that location being in the states, mobile version was more fluid and refined, and overall eagerness to help answer all our questions Sweettooth was the better choice. And we are so far happy with our decision.
