At first, I was overwhelmed with the application. As a newbie to E-commerce I really wasn't sure of what I was doing. But after using it daily, I began to understand how simple, yet powerful a tool SmartrMail is. A much better, optimized application relatively compared to the competitors on the market. Thank you!

This app is easy to use, and the templates are really flexible. It would be nice if it could be linked to the loyalty app I have.

Pretty good app. It has a lot of features. Great customer service. They are there when yo need them, which is great, and they're quite helpful.

I use the app for our newsletters. Love the new enhancements for the pop-up design. The service and response has been exquisite.

I was surprised at the speed Jasmine answered the in app chat to help with a problem. She was able to help me understand what was happening. I really appreciated that!

Update: If you are switching from MC, be extremely careful using SM automatic list import feature, dont use it at all. Its importing your unsubscribers as well Also SM creating accounts for them on your Shopify and mark them as accepting marketing and resulting in messing up your data. ----------------------------- I choose this app because it was the most reasonably priced email platform out there. Other options were ridiculously expensive. Simple to use decent app. However there are some issues needs to be addressed by their team. Once I switched from MC using their automated tool, they imported my unsubscribes as well and mark them as subscribers. For that reason my first email got very high amount of complaints. Secondly they created accounts on my Shopify for those emails accounts that unsubsribed and marked them as subscribers on Shopify , which is not good if I decide to switch platforms in the future. If they improve their platform and make it more sleek and without glitches, while not increasing prices , they would do very well. Also a better pop up email collection feature would be nice.

This App has been very helpful in reaching out to customers via e-mail. It would have been very difficult to manage the kind of response we were able to get from customers within our first quarter had it it not been for the help from this app.

Updated 11-28-2020: I have real questions about how they calculate emails being sent on my behalf! Stay tuned. I love all the automatic marketing templates! And, the Newsletters look fantastic! I'm still on the 'trial' but will plan to upgrade. So far, I have not had any sales but I feel with the help of SmartrMail, 'sales' are just around the corner. Set-up was easy and customer service is second to none. Give them a try!

Very good app. Easy to set up, easy to write nice emails. Reports are clear and interesting to know what to keep and what to change. Basic automatisations are good for a still small business as mine. I'll keep using this app.

Downloaded this app for a while now, but never got around setting it up. Started to toy with it last night, and got into some trouble. However, Nicolas from SmartrMail came to the rescue. Here's what i'm using the app for Automated pop up for discount codes - When visitors visit the site, they are presented with a pop up, the pop up is assigned to a specific list, which triggers an automated workflow. Automated follow up e-mail for clients who have not made a purchase in 90 days. - An automated newsletter is fired when the above rules meets the requirement. Love the level of support, even for a free account. The user interface isn't without it's flaw, it's not perfect, but as a free app, it's pretty good and can get quite a bit done. Would recommend.

I found this app easy to set up and works fine for my needs as a new store. I have sent out 3 newsletters so far that match my branding / look and have had a good response rate. Thanks!

This app was SO EASY to use ! I love the automatic customization for newsletters, automations and pop-ups etc . that happen when you connect the website you are using. Smartrmail is easy to use, the automations are on point and the platform has amazing support. Our first automation email immediately spiked that day's revenue, and from there I was hooked. Great entry point for managing email automations.

Works great and has all the features we needed for sending product emails to our customers. Sends automatic product recommendation emails based on customers viewing history. You can also send an email with best sellers, new products or slow moving products. I recommend this highly.

I use this app to send welcome emails to my new Seventy Seven unboxed LLC apparel subscribers as well as thank you for your purchase emails to my customers. The templates and customization are pretty easy and straight forward. I'm still learning the ropes so I turn to the chat box when I'm stuck. The chat feature has been a great help to guide you with getting back on track.

This app has been making my life much easier!! I tried to use few other apps with free version but it didn't work well, luckily I found this app and it does everything what I need even on free version. I will definitely upgrade to paid version once I managed to have orders as I just opened my online mall a week ago.
