SmartBot saves us a lot of time answering questions personally. It recommends products based on what we've trained it to recommend, including providing product links. Not to mention when compared to other AI services like Hubspot and rep.Ai we see more cohesive responses with smart bot not to mention it does a great job of using all parts of the site for it's knowledge base including the blogs.
