The App was easy to Install. Still need to see how it works before I can give a review on that. Hopefully it recovers some lost customers.

The AC email automation does not work. It has not been working for a month. The customer service doesn't help out at all.

I am using this app to see if I am able to obtain more sales from Abandoned Carts. Will be able to provide a better review when I see it working.

This app is great, all tied in, no worries with other 3rd party automated mailers. Easy as can be to set up. What I like most is the ease of operation.

Karen L. in Customer Support is fantastic. We just configured this app and expect it to work as well as other apps from Hexcom. Only desire that there were a little more explanations when activating and prompts to confirm its set up correctly. Will upgrade soon.
