I never leave reviews so for me to leave one is a big deal - even bigger deal when it comes to five stars! Smart notifications has nailed our biggest pain point which other apps lacked the capabilities to do. The option to send a PDF attachment for order fulfilment to our 3PL warehouse has saved me hours of manual order processing. On top of that, Kieran has been outstanding! He’s been nothing but helpful and gone above and beyond. When the default template wasn’t enough, he lended his wealth of knowledge to make my life easier! I honestly recommend getting this app and paying for the top plan because the benefit are outstanding!

I have no words to describe the help, patience and kindness of Kieran! Not understanding or understanding very little of coding is not a problem for whoever needs that app because the help Kieran gives is above and beyond my expectations! And of course, the app is great and we can sent as much notifications our clients need. 200% recomment the app!

We have been looking for the functionality this app provides since we started building our website over a year ago. Perfect for our use case, and Kieran has been super helpful with configuring the app and customizing the email layout. I just wish this had come up in our app searches sooner!

I had a very difficult task - to send DSA (DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT) only to buyers from a certain country who completed and paid for the order on the site, the support service simply delighted me! We were looking for a way to send an email from our store to each customer after they placed an order on our Facebook channel and this app was able to do that seamlessly! We were able to customize the email exactly how we wanted it and tweak it as needed. The support on this app is incredible! Kieran set up my email notification template, answered all of my questions, and always got back to me so quickly. I'm so glad we found this app!

What an amazing app and customer service! Our brand needed to filter out customer payment and billing info and we were unable to do so with the Shopify user permissions, as it allowed our staff in training to see customer address, email, phone, payment info etc. This way we were able to hide some confidential information until our staff in training is actually hired. Extremely useful and responsive customer service 10/10 recommend!

Great app from a great team. As orders are handled by different teams determined by product type and location we have been able to use the app to automate fulfilment requests.

We installed this app to help notify our suppliers of daily orders and the app works perfectly. Not only that, but the team behind the app (especially Kieran) have given just the best customer service experience I've ever had with any developer on Shopify. The reason for a 3 star is because we feel that the price of the app is high compared to what is available in the market. Sadly, after over a year of using this app we have decided to move over to report pundit, much cheaper and a million more features.

This app is absolutely incredible. We originally installed it to delay sending customer feedback emails after purchase, as well as vendor notifications on our orders. Since then have founds hundreds of different ways we can use this tool to make our experience for customers superior! It has a simple interface and is easy to use from the outset. What's more is the customer support for this app is excellent, Keiran was very quick to respond to our queries and suggest ways of getting the most from the app. Highly recommended - 5 stars!

Got this app to send custom notifications to staff for internal orders, as well as to notify vendors whose product we sell on our store. We've were using Shopify Flow for notifications, but kept getting complaints from vendors that the email format was very hard to read and confusing. With this app, notifications can double as packing slips. They are EASY to read, and look like normal Shopify notifications with line items and shipping details. I reached out to CS to see if we could edit the template of the notifications to fit our needs. The founder, Kieran, responded right away and made the edits promptly. Twice! Would recommend.

App does EXACTLY what I needed without extra webhooks or previous coding knowledge. Customer service is fast and very friendly. highly recommend for anyone looking to automate and optimize their business. (I use another app orderly emails to design my emails)

Before finding this app, I was emailing customers manually with booking information. Thanks to Smart Order Notifications once an order is placed the customer automatically receives an email with booking instructions. In addition, the service provider also receives an email with the customers contact info. This process as saved me so much time on the backend and also adds more of a tech feel to the ordering process. Kieran in customer support is very responsive and has been very helpful getting things set up! I am so happy to have found this app!

Does what is says it would do so far, Support is great & fast. Very very very useful app. Highly recommended.

I installed this app because I needed to send order notifications to different recipients based on buying groups and this app solved my problem. The support is super top notch! Kieran helped me make their app compatible with another app that I use to create dedicated price lists, and he did it all in a very short time, in a flawless way and with unexpected kindness! Absolutely wonderful customer service from these developers! I have had so many questions & they not only explained everything to me, but set everything up in my store.
