The costumer support here is pretty good, if abit slow. They have gone out of their way to help me with a problem that was not 100% caused by them. Very nice of them, 10/10

The app didn't work well for me. How do i remove all the code after it was deleted? I still see the app on my editor.

Deleted the app and the code is still in my theme! It is not good for my site. How do I remove this? It will not let you go past the first screen of setup without opting in to one of their plans. I have not received a direct message. I reinstall the app to get to support. I have given this company collaborators access to my store in order to delete this app and its code.

The app itself is very good and offers a good set of features but I have uninstalled it and was wondering if you could explain which sets of code I need to remove or if you have tool to remove the code.

Updating my review. This app looks good and i will probably give it another chance in the future. What Shopify doesn't tell you is that their program integrating with 3rd party apps is a problem (not necessarily the app itself). If you decide to uninstall this one, make sure to just do it from within the app itself - don't click the 'uninstall' button on the shopify app area. This is apparently true for all 3rd party apps and shopify should be more clear about it since they won't offer customer support for 3rd party apps. It actually looked pretty good. But I uninstalled it to try something else. It’s still showing and had not been uninstalled and I can’t get rid of it. Shopify admin is trying to help but hasn’t succeeded yet.

Please remove the code that is slowing down my site. The app didn't do what I needed. It added a text area to all my product pages possible causing duplicate content.

This App has improved our store by such a large amount in such a short amount of time because of the ease of use! They also have THE BEST support team I wanted to use a feature that they did not yet have and they went out of their way to inspect our code and fix it for us. We are beyond grateful thank you so much smarketly!!!

I used this app to make nearly every page of my store better. The base features are solid and free. I had a problem that I made and the support team worked with me to get everything back up and running!

Outstanding customer support. I emailed because the app had an unexpected impact on my product page images. I received a rapid reply and they resolved the problem is less than a day. Extremely impressed. The app is terrific for page building. Happy to have found it.

I really like this app it has help me to make my page beautiful. But I recently tried it with Shopify paid Parallax theme and it doesn't work with it. I wanted to use Text plus image block and the text shows under the image. If I'm able to fix this problem I would give them 5 stars.

Smarketly is just wonderful - I was able to increase the look and functionality of my basic Shopify store very easily. Customer service is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for these guys. As my store grows and I start making sales I'll upgrade to the paid plan for sure. If you aren't very good with coding and tech then this is the app for you - just drag and drop sections onto your pages, it's really that easy!

App messes up my website, especially my product pages. All of my product images are all over the place. But I love the fact that they contacted me in less than 24 hours to fix the problem, but I already got helped by Shopify.

It seems like if you change your theme, that you lose all the content you've created with this app..

Firstly, I never usually write reviews. However, after I received the best customer service from Smarketly I had to write this one! I had an issue with the placement of reviews on my page. I wrote to the company who supply the reviews app, and they were pretty useless. I came to Smarketly with the request to help me out (even though they didn't own the review app), and I was hoping that they would have some experience in this field. I wasn't disappointed. I simply gave them staff access, and Constantine (support team member) went in and sorted it for my within hours. I think it goes a long way, as someone starting a small business you don't want to spend endless hours on something that isn't your speciality. The support that Smarketly offer gives me the confidence that I need in my site. Thanks again guys, I'm now ready to launch my business!

Excellent customer service. This app is worth downloading. Can get a lot of value even out of the free version!
