If you wonder why it's a free app, read the policy well. This could be why. Broad collection of personal data: The policy states Kaktus may collect a wide range of personal information including name, addresses, phone numbers, payment info, IP addresses, geolocation data, and device identifiers when you use their services and apps. Sharing data with third parties: While it says Kaktus doesn't provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes, it does share personal data with "unaffiliated companies" and "trusted third party service providers" that help operate their services.
