At the start for some reason the support didn't receive my emails after I sent a few of them. But after I wrote a review, they told me they didn't see my emails, and from there they helped me with everything I needed. It's a great app, and now I also believe great support. Give them a chance. I think you won't regret it.

We were using this app to make better user experience on our site. I've used several such tools and always had the following problem (other apps are slow, and doesn't integrate well with custom page builder) The support of Sticky Cart- Slide Cart Drawer helped me to install the code on my page builder in few minutes only, and the result? The app is super fast (even faster than before) very functional and easy to use for our customers. You can't go wrong with this app

The app looks really fancy but I had to uninstall it as the Checkout on Chrome did not work and we lost sales. I was requesting help from the support but they did not react at all.

This app is the best Slide Out Cart app available on the Shopify app store. I downloaded several of them, and this one by far is the most customizable and has the best other features. The best part is the support though. I received immediate same day assistance in setting up the app. Then, when another app caused a problem with this app, the team worked quickly to get it resolved. This is a level of support I haven't seen in many other Shopify apps.

We tried a few different upsell apps and Sticky Cart was the most elegant solution that actually converted purchases. Love it!

Great app and super great service, specially by Brigitte! Definitely its an app that will help us improve our UX. The app is easy to install and if you need some adjustments the custumer service is very fast.

Easily the best cart app I've come across, and I've done some solid testing of all the others out there. Much much more than a simple slide out cart with upsells. The support was near instant as well. Highly recommend!

It's a little expensive but I'm using booster so there was no other way to get a pop up message. I tried SOOOOOO many Sticky Cart Apps and this one is by far the best and has the most features. As I said a bit expensive but really good otherwise

Easy to use and lots of features and customization. Professional looking and good price. The reason I'm docking 2 stars is: 1) The trial period is not long enough. We ended up paying for this app before even using it. 2) Poor customer support. The app had some features that wouldn't work with our store correctly out of the box. We contacted support and they said they had a fix. We granted them access to our store but according to shopify, they never accessed their collaborator account once. Now they have simply stopped responding to support emails at all.

Easy set up and great customer service. Needed a few design adjustments to match the look and feel of our shop and Brigitte turned these around within 2 hours. Highly recommended.

This app works like a charm, I think we are only using 40% of what it can do and so far we are loving it. Tech support fix my problems in less than 20 minutes after I emailed them. I highly recommend this app.

Looks really fancy and pretty the app but the support your going to get is the worst. Every day I'm spending $5,000+ on FB ads I do not have time to waste if support doesn't take you serious when you want to make sure this is going to work. You have all your current settings working on your store conversions tracking and then you install this app and it will mess up your current setup. So if your not worried about messing with your current setup and wait around for almost 4-6 days chatting with support on email only to get an inch cause they don't take you that serious it's not worth the headache. Maybe if the owner or someone who knew what they were doing jumped into your store understood your concern and made it all worth it so it was working seamlessly before you waste your time then i would do it. I tried giving it my best shot it messed up my current checkout process then I activated everything and nothing worked in the end but a lot of days emailing support to get text book replies that shows you they don't know what time is money.
