Melissa was very patient and walked me through the set-up instructions for integrating my app with Facebook. The entire Shopney team has been very communicative and kept me in the loop through every step of the process with Apple and Google. I'm very happy with how easy designing my app was and the detailed step-by-step (with visuals) instructions for the app integrations once my app went live. Smooth and supportive experience!

Melissa has been amazing! She is really taking over the whole launch for us and allowing us to focus on other parts of the business while getting this app launched. She also provided input on the design of the app and kept us on track!

[Semipro] Documentations are helpful, customer support is helpful but can be irresponsible or coercive sometimes. Once their CEO made phone call to me and referred to my private human relationships inbetween technical issues, that was really objectionable and my stress level rapidly raised. there was almost no obstacles from the design to publish. but there was one problem, after they published my app, app icon size in some Android device was bit smaller than other app icons. I asked then and gave them fixed design data, but they couldn’t fix this problem after twice of update. I think their developers are missing some necessary skills to control app icon size. so I can say that there can be some cases that your design will not be implemented as it intended. and that can damage your brand image, but app itself is native and works fine just not excellent, and subscription cost is not that expensive compared to similar solutions. so overall, Shopney is a option for those looking for cheap and sufficient quality. After they published my app, Firebase console and Google analytics console stopped working for me. I found a trace in the log that analytics property was trashed in the dustbin by Shopney account. There was no data found in the property even after I restored it. I guess they gave up implementation of new version of analytics tag, but they didn't tell my anything about this problem in Google analytics . They said they have successfully implemented it before publishing the app, but probably they were trying to conceal their failure or show fake report to fool me. Anyhow, they still haven't fixed it. Very bad impression overall.

I used the app to star my first mobile app for my boutique. First off, designing the app was SUPER EASY and looks so professional! I was even impressed myself. Melissa has been extremely helpful, answering all of my questions very thoroughly. The app is a little pricey, but I am hoping it is well worth it in the long run. I am very excited to get my app launched for my business and would highly recommend Shopney!

Love is just always in the air when it comes on to Shopney, its like valentines day with roses and chocolate they way how the customer services are on point. Honestly the team really looks out for their customers and to share a quick story i was struggling financially to get what they had as a deal for me but I still couldn't afford it and decided i was just gonna look else where, and the team reached out to me and made me a even better offer deal and they kept me close and made me feel appreciated so 100 more stars to shopney and 1million hearts to lara!!!!!!! you know how i feel about us already lol:-)

Service is great as they always make sure everything is up to date in the app store, also when even we have an issue emails are responded promptly, no complaints so far.

If I could give these guys 50 stars, I would! Their customer support and speed of response is what I strive for as a business owner. I know that if I have a question, it’s going to get answered FAST. They have been so unbelievably helpful, and I have had a lot of questions and concerns, and after speaking with the team, they have all been addressed far beyond what I would have expected. If you’re wanting to get an app up and running, Shopney needs to be your first stop. And I promise, it will be the last. You won’t have to look any further. ***There was no incentive for this review. I am simply a small business mama, who is grateful to find a company so driven to help other businesses succeed***

I was quite happy with this app until we ran into constant problems with the discount codes. We had to pull two arranged discount campaigns as help didnt' come back to us fast enough and when WE thought we had fixed it ourselves it's happened now again and we've had to pull a third campaign because it could be hours again before someone helps. This is probably the only reason I would delete this App, other than that it's really good but I have no confidence in the discounts working.

The entire Shopney team that we had the pleasure of getting assistance from (Lara, Melissa & Yasmin) were all amazing and made the process so much smoother! Highly recommend not only for the intuitiveness of the app but for the amazing customer care that comes along.

I've been a Shopney user for over 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Their customer service is always tops. Nothing ruins an experience like slow or clunky customer service, and whenever I've had to chat with them, it's been quick and pleasant and my issues are always resolved promptly.
