Generally, It's easy to use. But in my tests, some emails did not even reach the spam folders after one day and I don't know what's happened.

really simple to use so far, also the cost is really accessible and so far a breeze to use and plan black friday

It's great and integrates perfectly, above all its cheap compared to other providers. What i would love to see is more ways to segment customers based on past behavior.

There are features that cannot be added like automatic naming for recipients. But it is very easy to use, very seamless!

Functional emailer for your domain. When you have tens of thousands of customers, you'll want a dedicated service like Klaviyo. Until then, templates and filters and exports are easily found. Expect this end of the platform to evolve with a feature-rich dashboard.

I used quite a few different email marketing apps but always found them a little bit too complicated. This one is super easy to use. Has everything you need plus is 100% integrated with Shopify so you can use all the products, discounts, customer lists very easily. Took me like 30 min to prepare a Black Friday Sale email. 100% Recommend.

it's ok... shopify charges alot though makes it hard a business to succeed. If shopify cut down some costs it will be better thanks

Love the price and how simple and to the point it is. However, don't like the fact that I can't send a welcome email when someone signs up for my newsletter. I was also on the pause plan and wasn't allowed to send out an emails on that plan. I was under the impression that you simply had to be paying for a plan. Other than that it's a great option

I love the clean look and easy-to-use features. I've only used it to schedule a few emails so far, but I'm looking forward to transitioning from another software. I wish I'd done so sooner.

I used this app to send mail to customers and its great. I didn't realize how helpful it will be to sending marketing emails to customers

If you don't want to pay a LARGE monthly fee and you do not want to inundate your customer base with emails this is the way to go! I only send emails during my off-season and even then it's only one a month! So I am happy to pay their fees and not have a really high monthly cost! I would like to see a little more customization but it's still getting the point across at a great price!

There are not as many features as Mailchimp or others, but how can you beat the price! The app is easy to use and reliable. For future improvements - I would really like to have the ability to ad a divider line.

It's intuitive and easy to use..you can add images and use simple text styles - schedule and send to specific groups of customers...convenient and works great!

Great for sending out emails to customers. I have started using it for BFCM and it is very simple and easy to use.

The app is great for emailing customers and keeping them posted about your stock. The only thing it lacks is you can't share a collection link within the email.
