App is good, Working perfectly for me, but need more attractive email templates. Currently very few templates are availabe. Expecting better templates as per recent trends

This is the first time I have used it and I like the ease and speed that I can communicate with my customers. I'm a spoiled MailChimp user, but at times I need something easy and integrated to use in addition. Looking forward to future growth and open to switching all my email if the results are good.

I used this app to start my business. Even though I have not published my website, I like the content and resources Shopify has to offer.

We recently migrated to Shopify as we we were tired of having loads of different apps that didn't talk to each other. Shopify's built in e-mail program is a big disappointment. In our first promotion Shopify decided it didn't like half of our subscribers and didn't send them. We don't know which half it sent and which half it didn't. There is no way to identify which subscribers Shopify didn't like or why. As far as I can see Shopify would like us to dump all our existing subscribers and start again. So it is back to Mail Chimp for us. Perhaps Shopify isn't the right solution after all.

It was somewhat difficult getting started, as the instructional video doesn't exactly describe the steps, but click on starting your ad campaign and get inspired. It is easier than I thought. Thanks, Shopify!

I used this app to send out new releases to subscribers. It worked great and easy to use. Just wish there were a few more templates to choose from.

If would be better if can send emails too all customers ever paid. For a new online business we do not have a lot of subscribers.

I really like Shopify email and the fact that it is free and integrates easily. It is easy to use. My only two downfalls are (1) that I am limited in the amount of emails it allows me to send per week. I would like to send 3 emails per week to my subscribers, but I am unable to do so pending how I space them out. And (2) the email tends to take forever to load pictures, freezes up on me, etc. I have tried different browsers and experience the same results. I'm continuing to use it until I can find something a bit better to suit my needs.

I have used this to send marketing emails to clients. It is very easy and simple to use. Hope to use it a lot more..:)

Good Initiative by Shopify. It's cost effective and user friendly. Waiting to check more useful updates in future.

Going well so far. I still need to know if I can now cancel my mailchimp. $60 is too much and this is great if I can do this now.

Fast and Easy to use! The app is flexible and has good content that can be incorporated into the emails.

So far so good. Easily formatted my 1st campaign. Loved the test feature, templates, and domain email verification/authentication was faster than expected. Great bargain for newbies to Shopify.

Could not be simpler and more straightforward. After using other platforms that make email marketing customization too complex and expensive for small brands this is a welcome change.

The templates are easy to use and the reporting is nice and simple. More detail on the stats and template customization would be good.

The app is awesome and very simple. I love it. I create emails to send to my customers and Shopify has it simple to set up and deliver.
