This app divides emails into batches so that they might take up to 72 hours for all of them to be sent out. It completely ruined my product launch because my email subscribers were expecting to receive an email at a certain time to order one of my limited edition items. Now half of them haven't even received the email, and they've been waiting for weeks.

Hi I can't setup an automated newsletter using this app. Please help me to set it up. It only shows the option to send or schedule. But we want to send an email as soon as anyone subscribes to our newsletter automatically but that's not available.

Super duper easy to create and send a sharp looking email. Just sent my first one. Couple of clicks to add shop items and collections. Nice integration.

Easy to setup, manage and track how well each one does. Limited by the number of emails you can send per month with base account.

It would be nice if they provide other free useful apps. I'm grateful to use this but need to provide seductive templates.

Just started using the functionality. I wish there was more design flexibility and options. I feel that the template is pretty basic.

Easy to use, simple and powerful. Perfect app for a start-up that allows for easy customer engagement without any fuss. Must try.

Love the ease of use and that things are pre selected and typed out for you.. saves time, but is also easy to customize exactly to your liking.

Overall great! Adding video embed capability all social media handle embeds, multiple product links.

We are small businesses, You Big. We pay you monthly usd $ 79 and usd $ 200-500, per transactions (done by computer and bots). Could It be an plus for your costumers? Big companies are bigger when they add worth to their clients.

The e-mails are easy to edit and the selection of pre-made styles save a lot of time! The "freebie" emails are limited only by number of recipients, so you aren't having to pay for exclusive features.

Simplicity in terms of choosing the content and images. The best part is that this email system is extention of Shoping Website. And, our main purpose of having webshop is to bring customers online. So, if we are sending emails from the webshop, then there is nothing better. This App has got very high potetial for growth. good

This app has potential to be so much better than it actually is, given it is made by Shopify for Shopify merchants - it should be so much more powerful and integrated than what it actualy is. I do like how easy it is to select products from my store to promote in an email, however I cannot believe that Shopify do not make First Name fields available to personalise each email to my loyal customer base - why would I send out an email that is not addressed personally to them? There is very little in the back end to support refining customer lists and segmentation within shopify also, more work needs to occur with this app to make it worthwhile to use.

Amazing for free/little cost. But some more customization freedom would be PERFECT!!!!! Sometimes I want to go back to my paid service because of it, but Shopify Email does almost everything the paid one does. 9/10!

Good app to send emails to all subscribers. Also it is very easy. Customers are reading these emails and getting benefited.

I like this app. It's easy to use, create and test emails. You should have one for abandoned shopping carts as well :)
