Reviews for Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

UPDATE: It's even worse: if you have another product in the cart the discounts won't work anymore until each product gets some discount applied! It doesn't support the "Buy Now" button and will most probably kill your conversion rate! There is no information for that - after spending hours for a mistake on my side the support finally told me that the "Buy Now" button isn't supported yet. Seriously?! Besides that there is some delay when the discount gets applied in the cart. Also the preview of the discount table is buggy and doesn't update with all settings properly. I have no idea where this app is getting it's reviews from... I don't trust them with this personal experience!

This app is one of the easiest of its kind to use on the market. It totally fulfills my needs, and I couldn't ask for more. On top of that I had an issue with the app not working after I had added some code to the website. I reached out to Shopacado, and got a immediate respons from their supporter Hem, who fixed the problem in two minutes. I highly recommend Shopacado.

All I can say is WOW. Talk about customer service. After switching from a competitor who had lots of bugs with their app and very poor customer service, Shopacado is a huge breath of fresh air! Pavi from their customer support team responded to all my inquiries within seconds and fixed any issue within minutes. The app is super simple to use and MUCH better than the competitor app I was using. If you need a quantity discount function in our store, I highly recommend Shopacado!!! Thank you Pavi and team!!

Zarah helped to clarify the Shopify Discount Code Modes for me to insure what each mode did and how the math would be applied at checkout. She was a great help in making my decision to use their application going forward.

Only just downloaded and it is very easy to use. The one issue I had was quickly resolved by Pavi. Hopefully the app will help increase my AOV.
