When I had a problem using the app, I contacted them and they responded within an hour. After that, I was able to use it smoothly and it was very helpful!

Best customer service! Most of the third party apps take a while to get back to an email question. Shogun responded right away. Rhys Hamer was awesome and solve my problems right away. He even took a video to show me how to fix everything. Very impressed and am super happy about the shogun capabilities. Other companies need to have this level of customer service.

This app is quite possibly Shopify's best visual web builder. But aside of features, what defines them is their stellar customer service. I emailed them and within 24 hours they got back to me with a detailed answer/solution. Justine A from their support team helped me out with an amazing attitude!

Highly recommend. We've tried a dozen page-building apps for Shopify and Shogun wins by far. If possible, I would also give their Customer Service 6 stars because of their quick and thorough responses.

Good for VERY basic web development. If you are looking to make an About Us page with some more customization than Shopify offers this app is great. If you are looking to use Shogun to work with product pages then expect extremely slow page load times, very slow editing speeds if you have a moderate amount of elements on one page, and many random errors that are just glitches from the system. The A/B testing feature would be great if it actually worked but it hasn't been useful at all in seeing which pages result in higher sales. This app is almost good but after spending 100+ hours working with it I am searching for a more robust solution as I'm sick of dealing with the shortcomings of Shogun.

Fantastic platform ! Templets available or option to personalise ! The Support system very efficient ! Fast in replying and provide steps and video easy to follow even if you are not tech savvy !

pretty difficult to use, if you are expecting user friendly experience like Shopify theme editor , you will be disappointed. User experience is difficult. simplify it Shogun. Even simple email marketing platforms have better drag and drop function.

I'm using Shogun to help me add additional features to my website. The customer support team has been tremendous. In addition to helping me understand things better, they have been proactive in anticipating my requirements.

Still getting to grips with it but support is amazing and what it allows you to create and control is impressive.

Have been using for 3 yrs or so, it was always well thought out and useful, but over time has just gotten better and better. Support is second to none.

This is one of the best drag and drop tools I have used to make custom designed websites. As a designer with no coding experience, I often struggle to bring my web designs to life without a developer, but Shogun has really helped me launch my designs. They have really fast support, I have emailed them several times with questions and they always offer quick, detailed and friendly replies.

Shogun is such an amazing tool for someone who doesn't know how to code, I can't recommend it enough! It's extremely user friendly and easy to use, I've had an overall pleasurable experience using it to build out specialty product landing pages for my company. We've already seen some success on enhanced performance when testing old product collection pages versus the new ones made with Shogun. Having the ability to rapidly iterate page layouts and content is a game-changer for agile marketing.

Our theme sucks, but shogun is saving us really big. The flexibility to drag and drop stuff around and create our own pages easily is just top notch. Also the support answers in hours.
