This is by far the best page builder I have used in Shopify. The support email replied within 5 minutes, with a fix to a problem that I was having. The live chat is also top tier, provided valid solutions to the problems I was having and was a pleasure to speak to.

Awesome support; super helpful that they will record small videos and show you how to do all the actions they recommend. Still learning the ins and outs myself but Shogun was great for my website developer to build our site on

Saving and publishing feature is so slow. Saving a page takes 10 seconds and sometimes up to a minute. Publishing is about the same. Very annoying, especially when you risk loosing all your work given there's no auto save.

This is an amazing app to customise your store. And customer service is fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

I was sooooo impressed with the customer service I received when I was trying to set up my first landing page. They responses were so quick, and I really appreciated the little videos that were sent - the details were excellent! Can't wait to see what else I can do with this app!

My homepage looks incredible now! And I made a mistake while building my page and customer support was able to detect my error and show me how to fix it by sending me a screen recording of my page and what needed to be adjusted. Not to mention that I checked my email a few hours after emailing customer service and they had already responded about an hour earlier. Customer service is really important to me and shogun has surpassed my expectations.

Hands down the best customer service I have EVER received for any product (physical or digital.) My support ticket received a response with a solution in less than 3 minutes. I'm very impressed.

Using this app for a while now. Very easy to create pages, lots of options of also making it look great. Works exactly as it should and support is quick and communicate well. One feature that could be improved is the slider; it looks and feels outdated and not very user friendly. We had to look elsewhere to get a slider on our Shogun pages. Another feature is the lazy load of images; I think the animation could be a bit nicer. But perhaps these are features that will get updates in the future. Would denefitely recommend this app and company if you want to create awesome pages quickly and (big bonus for us): mobile first!

Updated review: I'm going back up to 3 stars and I'll leave it at that because despite the fact that there is nothing to complain about in terms of quality of service and after-sales service, marking it free when it is only free under certain conditions, that you don't tell the customer (ON SHOPIFY), is deception.

Shogun page builder has been very helpful in building custom pages for our Shopify website and I highly recommend it for all your page building needs. We had a small issue with one of the elements not displaying correctly but their support was quick and fixed the issue no problem! One thing that I would like to see in future updates are more page elements.

Update after years of use -- still one of our best apps for Shopify. Great customer service as well (thank you Chris!) ``````````````````````````````` So, after using Shogun for about 2 months now, I feel like we have enough experience under our belt to leave a review. Unequivocally, Shogun software is our favorite app. It took us a little getting used in the very beginning (maybe an hour or so), but quickly it became very intuitive to use. Once you get going, there really is no limit to building incredible web pages. Let’s face it – Shopify blog pages look like %#$@. With Shogun we are able to format our blog posts to look visually appealing and inviting for our readers. There are options to adjust fonts, headings, background shading and we can add pictures, videos, tables, buttons, sliders to make the post really *pop*. There’s even an option for adding HTML so that you can directly add Pinterest pins. Very cool. All of this page formatting can be done minutes. Best part of Shogun is around SEO – the app allows for you to customize your page titles, meta descriptions, meta titles, etc. So finally you can be found and rank in the search engines. Last point I want to make about Shogun is their customer service. I’ve had to contact Shogun’s customer service in the beginning with a few questions. Their response was very fast, very clear and they provided great direction. There was no need for back and forth communication, which can be a huge frustration and a headache. If you are deciding on whether to try Shogun, I would urge you to check it out. Although they have a free trial period, I’m pretty convinced you will be hooked.

If you don't want people to use a free plan just say it directly. After I install your App, it just directed me to the Payment option...LOL I have spent lots of time with your Live Chat assistant or a sale keep persuading me to purchase your plan. BUT I keep mentioning if I don't get to use your App in the firsthand, how can I decide to upgrade or not? Still waiting for your team to give me a resolution but not keep selling me plans that I don't know how to use your App yet Such disappointed and not recommend anyone to install.

We've had a great experience with Shogun. It's allowed us to customize our website more than the theme allows, but the real reason for the 5 star review is their support team. They are responsive, helpful and go above and beyond when I have issues (they have even provided solutions to issues that aren't shogun's fault).

I really like this app and Shogun is really performing BUT also at the same more complicated compared to other available tools. Nevertheless, if you invest some time and explore the tool, you will learn it quiet easy! Great thing is that the support replies usually within just a few minutes and is really helpful in every matter!

*Update - We've been using this app for a few years not and it's come in handy and is easy to use once you get the hang of how it works. The support team is wonderful! 10/10 for responsiveness and getting our issues handled. This app is really nice once you get the hang of how it works. Very simple drag and drop system. I would only ask for more templates that flowed well for tablet and mobile as I had to create a different layout to fit each device.

I love this app. Using it for over a year. Tried other page builders but wasn't satisfied. Whenever you can't figure something out, Shogun support is insanely quick and always guides me. Can't stress it enough, just install it.

We use this app to create all of our pages on our website. It's easy to use, it's a bit tricky to get into but once using it the sky is the limit. But the best part of it all, once you can't figure something out, send an email to their amazing support and you'll receive an (extremely) conclusive and quick reply. It was quite difficult finding a really nice and easy app to create and design my pages, because we have in our shop so many different pages, and it is in Hebrew so the RTL was crucial to us! Shogun was the right fit! PLUS they have a really good service and they answer quite quickly. Love it!

We've rebuilt our webpage using Shogun, now it's just how we want it, surprisingly easy to do by people who don't know about this sort of thing! There were a couple of minor queries along the way, the Shogun support guys are right on it, back to you in a jiffy, even on Sunday! Thanks a lot guys, it means a lot. Shogun is a great tool! Wonderful for making changes that Shopify doesn't have natively. The support staff are dedicated to helping the customer, James Power was especially good to us.
