This review is so long over due because this app has been such a game changer for me that I should have been screaming from the roof tops the minute I discovered it. Shogun made it possible for this pre-millennial tech dinosaur to confidently build a website. Shopify on its own has many limitations but with the addition of the Shogun app creating a layout is a piece of cake. Now I can focus on content and driving traffic instead of throwing my computer against the wall in frustration. Also, it should be noted that Shogun has the best customer service that I have ever encountered. Nick was available and so patient when I did run into hiccups. I would email him, often 4 times a day, and he was right there to explain the functions of the app. Integrity is clearly high up on the company values list for Shogun. From an interpersonal stand point, we could all stand to learn a lesson from Nick. Nick, thank you thank you for all that you do! You're the bomb dot com!

Now I finally understood how to really operate this app and I LOVE SHOGUN. it's simple. easy to understand you get to literally drag and drop everything. you can Become A Master Web Designer using Shogun I recommend to everyone. The Staff is awesome to they are actual people you can email and they will email you right back they did with me anyways like i sent them a thank you email for helping me understand the basics of using Shogun and not even 30 mins later i had a response from Nick the co-founder of shogun in my inbox full of support thanks shogun

Really intuitive, scales on all screen sizes very well, and being able to save snippets and reuse them on multiple pages is awesome. I wish there was a way to make tables easily, but I'd still recommend Shogun to anyone!

Absolutely love the app. I tried it last year and was disappointed with the functionality, so glad I tried it again! It allows me to do all the updates I need without changing my theme. AND to create my own landing pages, so I get to build my FB pixel on my site instead of someone else's! Plus, customer service is top notch. Thanks guys!

The ease with which you can build good-looking and well-functioning pages for your Shopify store would be enough to earn Shogun 5-stars in my book. But then Nick and his team goes a (huge) step further and provides some of the most responsive and helpful customer support I believe I've ever experienced. If you want to easily build great pages for your store and have a fantastic support team behind you... get Shogun!

I've been impressed with all the updates and the awesome customer service and customization guidance by the developers of this software. Typically 3rd party vendors and plugin developers honestly are not keen on supporting intergrated functionality like Shogun has. I know Shopify has a learning curve, but you've made the process of have a full ecommerce solution on the back-end... and designing a high quality front-end website much more fluid. As we know, ecommerce is not really meant for web development... or dynamic content for that matter... giving the fact that there are dozens of complex fuctions taking place to make purchasing easier. With your application, users can merge the two easily. Pages created in Shogun are seamlessly added to the Shopify admin, with fonts, styles and navigation. I love how my theme's header and footer are dynamically inserted automatically upon page creation. I don't have to comment out code or remove references, and changing my homepage from a created page was extremely simple. You've created to the perfect plugin/designer so even beginners can have a top-notch front-end and sell products with style and class. I really appreciate your timely responses to dev questions and I've been recommending your app to other developers. Great job!

This App is great. For me the main issue is support because if the app is not good for us we just delete it and move on. But good support is a very good asset, Shogun Team do it and do it big time. I love the support and I love the product.

Shogun is a fantastic app! Essential to access the full creative potential and build a great website! Very easy to use. I had a bit of a learning curve to start with, not having done any graphics or website building before, but the support was amazing, and once I had worked out how to use it, very easy and powerful. I haven't used it now for a few months, and it looks like many more great improvements have been added. Look forward to using it again in coming weeks. Thanks Nick, your product and support couldn't be better. Highly recommended!! An essential requirement to building a great site on shopify.

I LOVE Shogun! Nick and Jill are super helpful, and the application is intuitive... it provides what you need to build pages, without over-complicating things. I spent all weekend trying to put together a landing page for my store before I gave Shogun a try. Shogun does the trick! I am SO GLAD to have Shogun!

Easy to use and intuitive. Gives you a good amount of flexibility as well. We built almost entirely custom site using this. Also customer service is A+ they make sure your issues are resolved.

Highly recommend this app. These guys will run the extra mile and then some. Email them at any odd hour and they will respond instantly. Ask them to make a customization and they will pull their developers to turn cart wheels for you. Confused and they will spend hours walking you thorugh their app. You can see that the founders are porud and vested in their product and it shows in every way–from how the app is set up to how they listen and constantly add new features to how seriously they take customer support. Giving it an A+++!!!

Developer answered my questions within 10 minutes at 11pm. What a great first impression. The software also kicks zipify's ass (sorry Ezra) and does an amazing job scaling elements so that all screen sizes are accommodated. Looking forward to re-designing my front page! Get this now!

Shogun is great, pretty easy to use for basic stuff, a little bit fiddly when you start trying to get a bit more adventurous but, when that happens, the support team are super helpful at getting you back on track! Really glad these guys exist or don't know what I'd do with trying to make my site actually look decent!

Very Nice App and great support from Nick. They keep adding new stuffs to Apps to make it more awesome!!!
