Really nice app for organising product and landing pages across different devices. Easy to space things out accordingly - we will definitely be using this going forward.

Always very easy to use. I had to contact help recently as I couldnt work something out and the help received (from Sweetan) was super fast and excellent - completely solved the problem. Excellent service.

Since they can look directly at the page being created, they can see the cause of the problem in more detail. If you have any questions, it is a good idea to ask them. They are very helpful and courteous.

I've been testing out a few page builder apps to avoid having to re-code our product page templates every time there is a theme update. After checking out Shogun, I was really impressed not only with the functionality of the app itself, but also the customer support! Sweetan assisted me a few times and went above and beyond. Not only answering all of my questions, but also providing detailed information i needed. I will say there is a learning curve, but plenty of support and I love that you have the ability to create sections and not just a full page in the builder.

I submitted several tickets and always got prompt responses from their team. Alex and Reese have been especially helpful and even took time to demonstrate things over a zoom call. I had all of my questions answered and they even took the time to show me something upcoming that I am particularly interested in. I love the app and plan to be using it for a long time. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will do business with again!

Right, I see I am not the only one that has been hoodwinked by this "free" plan option. To further compound to the mysery of this, I am also being charged a 2nd month re-occuring, despite not even using the app? Could you please get in touch and sort this on your end coz it's just embarrsing for you guys...

Shogun is a great experience so far for our retail shop selling worldwide, intentionally! We use Shogun for smooth blog page experiences and overall to build out website. The Support you receive if/when you get stuck is fast and reliable!

Works GREAT with our safeguardian.com Shopify store. We have tried other page builders and Shogun is, by far, the most intuitive and capable. Saved thousand$ by eliminating our web design company for many routine product page updates. Had a question and received excellent support. Highly Recommend!

Super app! Shogun allows us to build pages without the need of our developer. The support team are always fast to respond, helpful, and friendly!

It's imperative that they ditch the 'Free Plan' option. It allows you to build pages without limit but it's useless because you can't actually do anything practical with them. As someone else mentioned it's like a game with no practical use. It's clearly a crude marketing ploy to lull you into doing so much set up work that when it's time to press go, there's nothing you can do. Lots of time wasted and the minimum cost is too restrictive for small businesses. Cheers lads.

After running into some issues with their scheduling feature, and after a long wait to have it working again (roughly 8 months), I can say that now the app is working flawlessly. Why it took this long to fix such an important feature I still don't understand. Having said this, we find the app extremely useful, and now that the main problematic issue has been fixed, we have no complains about it. Being completely honest when we encountered the scheduling issues last year we looked at the competition as we thought about dropping Shogun back then. Not a single app comes close to the level of controls and features that Shogun offers. So we stuck to it and now we are glad we made that decision. We use this app on a daily basis and it saves us a lot of work and time by making it extremely easy for anyone in our team to update the content. We had given one start initially when the issues were happening and now are changing it to 4, given that they solved their problems and that they made a great effort in keeping us informed of their progress. Had it not been for those issues I would have given them 5 stars from the get go. Update: Our frustrations with Shogun are back. The HTML Shogun builds is VERY poorly built, it literally adds hundreds of unnecessary and they follow little to no semantics. I've complained a few times about this, and their response is 'that's how our team built it'. Oh well.

Excellent customer service from Rhys - resolved my issue completely and promptly. Very helpful service. I've given it 4 stars as it doesn't always integrate with all other plugins but on the whole fantastic.

Most of the similar apps offer a free trial including a limited amount of pages such as 1-3. This app advertises a free plan but once you download it there is actually no free plan with pages included. You can build as if you're playing a game but cannot publish anything to test it out without one of their paid plans. Just thought that should be disclosed. In case you may be considering another app that allows 1-3 published pages before you have to upgrade.

Super fast support and Shogun is easy to use. There are some restrictions, but what you see is what you get.

I am still learning all the features of the app, but I really appreciate the ability to create sections. This saves a lot of time in creating my pages in Shopify. The support is super fast and very kind, and in no time my issues were resolved. The only thing that would be nice is that for multilingual shops that already have a translation app (which is not Weglog) they can use it for translations.

I really enjoy working with this app since it is user friendly and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. The support team is also quick and effective with their responses.

The best app to date, their customer service is amazing. I have no knowledge of code or web development, but with this app, I feel like a PRO. When I began to stumble and became dumb founded, an expert chat box with a REAL PERSON appeared, he not only explained in laymens terms how to do it correctly, he also demonstrated using a "in chat video" of my current store, and current situation where I got stuck. Within minutes I got unstuck, learned something new and with no knowledge of any real web develpment or code, created an amazing page for my website. Thier customer service is better than shopify, like way better, the staff is knowledgeable and competent and most of all AVAILABLE WHEN YOU NEED THEM MOST!!!... With Shogun Im saving money hand over fist, and I have not had to pay people to do things. I feel way more confident, and most of all Shogun is a frustration free!! GET SHOGUN IF YOU WANNA MAKE BEAUTIFUL PAGES AND Make alot of money
