ShipStation has completely changed my business. I have gained valuable hours in my day now that I am using ShipStation to manage my shipping process. The app is very easy to use. It is exactly what I was looking for when I signed up.

We were using Stamp.com and then tried another integrated solution, but neither of them came close to simplifying shipping like ShipStation. The only thing I would change would be an easier way to manually input an address without having to put in individual components into different fields.

We are new to using shipstation, and it has been great! Simplifies the shipping process very much and speeds up everything. We used to have to enter all the information into dazzel and fedex and this app does it for you! Very convenient! Glad someone recommended it to us to use! Would recommend it to any business big or small.

This app has really streamlined and improved our shipping and fulfillment process. I can't believe I used to manually create shipping labels in USPS, UPS, and FedEx before using ShipStation. Works great for pushing orders to Fulfillment by Amazon when we need to use that service. Happy with everything about this app!

I am a new user to ShipStation and I can already not imagine my life without it. My business manufactures on a small scale--very small, as there are three of us. At this juncture it is an impossibility for me not to be involved in production in some capacity. Prior to shipstation, I would spend an entire morning looking between UPS and my shopify store to print out orders. With ShipStation, this gets reduced to about 30 minutes at the absolute most. In short, ShipStation gave me 3.5 hours. ShipStation made this step 800% more efficient. It took 1/8th the time. I think you get the picture.

I have used several shipping systems over the years with other stores I have ran in the past. None have been as intuitive or as thorough as ShipStation. In our first month in business, we shipped over 2,000 items. If it weren't for ShipStation's automation and organization tools, we wouldn't have been able to do it.

Shipstation has made fulfilling orders a snap. It has simplified my business in so many ways. I dont know how I was doing it before Shipstation.

If you ship products, you need ShipStation. Greatly reduces our time spent shipping orders. Very easy to use, yet very powerful. Only regret is not using it sooner.

We set up our store just a few months ago with Shopify. Going from a recommendation from an e-commerce buddy, we signed up for Shipstation immediately, and I couldn't even think about shipping without it. Plus the Endicia partnership/deal that comes along with it is really valuable. Once you learn the basics with product input, weights, batch orders, set your shipping notifications, etc - it makes shipping products almost a one-button process. Literally.

Simply put, I could not have done it without ShipStation. This enabled us to go from 0 to 2500 orders/month while handling all of the shortcomings of Shopify order management. I tried other shipping software and this comes out so far ahead it's hard to believe the others even try! Features I'd love to see: 1. Ability to modify order items (since Shopify doesn't allow this, but customers change their minds all the time!) 2. Ability to cancel orders in ShipStation and have this carry over to Shopify and handle the refund. 3. Ability to auto-split orders based on filters and item shipping preferences.

Ship Station has simplified life for us so much. Before shipstation, we would receive an order, enter all the info into our database software (Microsoft Access), then log on to fedex.com, ups.com, and usps.com to cover all our shipping options. Then we would type the address in, following the piece of paper we printed out. Now we just log in to ship station, print out our invoices and labels, and ship. I would estimate it has cut our order processing time in half - maybe more. Highly reccomended, especially if using shopify as it integrates so smoothly

I absolutely love this app!! it has made my life so much easier and made my shipping process faster than ever. Everyone should try it! You will be hooked.

I have tried to start an e-commerce business before. I was quickly overwhelmed by the shipping aspect of it. However, this time was different. I did my research and quickly chose shipstation as my platform for shipping and it has not let me down. Shipping is so easy now and shipstation makes me look good. It sends out professional looking emails notifying the customer when an item has shipped along with the tracking number. That's crazy. And the software itself is so intuitive. I can quickly look through the various tabs and determine a course of action to take to better my business. I would recommend shipstation to anyone who is wanting to simplify their shipping on their business.

Great app, keeps track of all our information. I love that you can see where your sales are coming from and all the reports. Helps a lot with financials.

I've been using ShipStation for a couple months now, and I honestly have never enjoyed using any ecommerce software more than it. I've never been an enthusiastic user of ebay, shopify etc. They are OK tools but usually frustrating. ShipStation has been an absolute pleasure to use, and I could not recommend it more. Learning about express1 alone has will more than pay for the monthly membership fee. Excellent value, if you ship stuff you need this app!

ShipStation has been a time & money saver!!! When we first started out, we didn't know about tools like this and spent so much time printing labels manually and paying higher USPS rates. ShipStation has been a lifesaver! Seriously!!

Support during the setup amazing! Lots of user settings to fiddle with to customize it however you prefer. So far, it's worked great. - anxiously waiting for integrated email routing for drop shipping I also tried Ordoro. I think ShipStation is much better.

There are very few tools in the marketplace that live up to their claims let alone the needs of small businesses. Shipstation, from the first day, saved my company immense amounts of time, energy and money. LOVE ship station. Integrates seamlessly with shopify. Orders show right up and with a few clicks everything is ready for printing and packaging. I also lilke the little features like customized packing and shipping labels, manual imports, and graph of sales.

I wasn't sure I was going to get much out of Shipstation- I already used Endicia for shipping and I had no complaints. But a friend talked me into trying it and I am SO GLAD I did. The initial setup was a little complicated (not difficult, it just took some time) but I once I had everything up an running- wow, what a difference. I've finally achieved the streamlined, organized, efficient shipping workflow I'd always thought was just a fantasy. There are way more awesome features than I could list here, but a few of my favorites: I love the way Shipstation syncs with my sales channels so orders get marked as shipped, tracking emails get sent, and I can manage everything from one convenient dashboard. I love that I get an alert when I have multiple orders from the same customer, and Shipstation allows me to merge the orders to ship together. I love automation rules! No more weighing packages. I can't believe I spent years doing this stuff manually. I had no idea. This is a game changer. The one missing link for me is inventory management- this app does everything else and the info and sales channel integrations are all there already, so it's a natural next step. (I hear they may be working on adding it.) On a final note- I really appreciate how affordable Shipstation is. This is an app that is extremely powerful and full of advanced level features, but they have a pricing structure that allows even a tiny business like mine to take advantage of them. Bottom line: if you sell stuff online, you owe it to yourself to try out Shipstation. You don't even know what you're missing!
