Great customer service, the app is great and works perfectly!! Sid helped me customize my store and now shipping works just as I dreamed!!

I tried a few apps before this one. They were all the same. They did not have the level of customisation that I required. With this, I can have multiple local delivery options for the same location - turn off delivery windows at different times. Thank you, Sid - very helpful in getting my complex delivery requirements sorted.

We found this app after trying all of the others and nothing was as flexible as this one. We needed a lot of different options with zones, delivery dates, and options. This app is the only one to satisfy all of our needs. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Sid provides the absolute best support I've ever experienced with an app and he should be commended. Because this app is so flexible and fits nearly ANY need, and because of the incredible support they offer, we will continue to use it and recommend it. If you are looking for a solution to fit your needs, then please give this one a try and work with them.

We needed an app that provided us the flexibility to show shipping surcharges for specific ZIP codes only, while every other ZIP in the USA had free shipping. This app gave us this ability, unlike a previous app we were using. On top of that, Sid, the developed took time out for a video call to walk us through the setup and explain all the fantastic features. I highly recommend this app if you need a shipping app that provides flexibility.

I use this app on a few of the stores I manage for clients. The app is great and offers the same functionality as some other, MUCH more expensive options. I have to add, the backup/support is second to none, Sidd stands out specifically and has assisted in sorting some particularly tricky setups!

Best customer service and support I’ve experienced to date with any shopfy app provider. These guys go the extra mile to help resolve any issues. They supported in ways which reduced our workload and improved our user’s shopping experience. They are very technically competent. I would recommend to anyone who has complex shipping requirements based on locations, sizes, different vendors, etc.

Don't look further! The ultimate app to solve all your shipping needs. What does a great app require? 1. Solving the problem statement - Custom Shipping Solution, does this with various options, almost unlimited options for all shipping requirements. We had a very peculiar problem of shipping requirements as per variants and it was easily solved. 2. Suitable pricing - The price of the app suits its functions, almost is cheaper than what it should charge when compared to other apps. We have tried and tested 7 apps so far and almost were getting involved with a Shopify expert for 2000$ custom integration. Didn't know we could do it under $8/month!! 3. Minimal handling - Mr. Siddharth took out the time to customized our requirements and enabled us to not even look at the app again once the settings are frozen. 4. Great Support - The team is very supportive and can do all customizations for you within a day. They explain to you what and how of everything, and also teach you how to get past any hurdles. Sid is really really helpful!!! and so nice!! He is the best from this app. This is the best shipping solution I found so far, and the customer service is amazing! Sid helps me find the exact answer I want. At the very beginning, I thought my problem will be not addressed, because it was so complicated until I talked to Sid!!
