I was having a problem with customers being double charged for shipping based on multiple locations. Shopify does not have a fix in place for this and neither do any of the other third-party apps it seems. However, Sid was able to put a fix in place within minutes. Absolutely brilliant, I couldn't be happier.

This app really boosts everything you can do with shipping in Shopify, this should really be already included functionality but thank's to these developers we can have more controller over shipping prices, also support es very helpful and fast.

Their support is very helpful. I experienced some issues with this app clashing with other functions on the website, but Sid helped me figure it out. The fact that the app was causing problems in the first place is not so positive, but the response was quick and he didn't stop until the problem was fixed, also they have all the features we need, so we will continue using it.

I installed this app because I needed the ability to provide variable local delivery rates to my customers, based on cart contents and customer tags. I needed to replicate my current state with delivery date and timeslot management as well as configure my desired future state, which included several zones and several variables rates. The support team referred me to their technical Lead, Sid, who created the entire configuration for me in a test theme, worked with me to test and tweak the settings, and was then on hand for every little question as I migrated the theme to production. He supported me almost constantly over a 3 day period, including over the weekend. I've never encountered this level and quality of support before, and I could not be happier with the outcomes provided by the app!

These guys have really helped me - they've added all the zones needed (I'm UK based) and so far so good. Chat has been useful and they're always there even if they needed to check with someone more techie. There were a few things lost in translation but overall a good experience. I'll be putting it to the live test shortly.

This is a very good app. I have built a similar plug-in in Magento 2. This works very well and has very advanced features. You can combine calendar and standard shipping methods, check date availability with carrier API. This this a top notch module. Highly reccomend

First of all, the app is absolutely great. We needed a way to set shipping rates based on weight, pickup location, delivery zip code, day, etc. We had a whole matrix of variables that we needed to solve for when setting our rates and this app did it beautifully. Even better than the app itself, though, is the support we received from the developer. Our IT staff mentioned that they’ve never experienced an e-commerce app developer like this. The app developers response time is best in class. Communication from them was clear and consistent. From initial install to post-production configuration, the level of handholding we received was extremely surprising and gratifying. (Many many thanks to Sid @ Cirkle Studio for all the help ) If you're looking to setup granular shipping rates/rules for your store this is the app you want. This app has the most options to specialize the shipping rate for a different mix of products and customers. I was able to configure and set it up to support a very complex business much faster and with more options than our previous homegrown solution. CirkleStudio has fantastic support and are very responsive. They answered my questions promptly and were willing to get on the phone/VC with me to work through my scenarios. high recommendations to use this app if you need a shipping rate app.
