I can't tell from my own experience as I am just starting, however, I was impressed with the live presentation of ShineOn, during the 3-day Shopify webinar with Adrian & Anthony Morrison.

Love Shine On! Customer service is always on point, and they are constantly trying to improve.

Maybe I can answer that after I have made more sales. I do however love the ease of creating products. My only issue is that I would like to have more jewelry options to better match my messages!

I signed up through Adrian Morrison. I have watched him on two different videos publish a product to his Shopify. All he did was change the title. However, when I tried to do it with the exact same product, the Publish button wouldn't working. I contacted a live agent, who told me that I need to supply the artwork. Really? It obviously isn't as simple as they say, especially if you don't have your own artwork. Next.

I absolutely recommend ShineOn. I'm blown away by how simple it is to import products to my store with high quality images and upsells. The message card upload feature is amazing because it seamlessly integrates into the product images. I'm very impressed!

Still trying to figure it out

ShineOn's fulfilment service is fantastic, but the stand out feature they provide for our business is the live chat! The availability to reach out and sort any issues in real time puts them above the rest.

This process has been very easy to follow. Creating designs and uploading them is extremely satisfying once you see the final product
