I've used the other SEO app on Shopify, but recently switched to this one. This app includes many functions in one app (meta tag, JSON-LD, alt tag etc). Before I used some different apps for that purpose, but now I need only this one which is good!

Simply one of the best apps for Shopify! Great features for the low price, advanced JSON-LD, Alt tags, Sitemap, Meta Templates. Structured data is advanced includes business info, social and full product markup that google likes. It's put directly into your theme and doesn't slow your site down, unlike many JSON apps that state they don't touch your coding this is because they use javascript which will slow your website down. Alt tags is a great feature, create as many templates as you want or apply one to all images this will help get your images indexed to google image search. Sitemap feature helps you choose what you want bots to crawl and the noindex feature for 'search' and 'tag' pages found in settings is a must it will stop google indexing hundreds of unwanted pages, Shopify creates a page for every product tag and search submitted on your site. Meta templates was the main reason for me installing the app, not many apps allow you to create product description meta templates. If you have thousands of products like we do it saves hundreds of hours of writing meta titles and descriptions. Also create meta tags for collections, blogs and articles. App also allows you to add meta keywords some say they are irrelevant now, some don't. Really the most required tools for shopify are included in this one app. We used to have several apps which covered some of the featues, save money, website speed and time by just having this one! Customer support? Second to none! Never received better support for an app than Kabuki Themes. Quick responses and are so helpful and informative, they have even spent time fixing issues on my site that is nothing to do with SmartSeo app. Outstanding Support! Im shocked this isn't one of the most popular apps on the store, there many seo apps but most are just fancy scans with little features to help seo, if you want to scan search on google plenty of free seo scans, if you want something that helps seo, get this app. 5 Stars well deserved.

Smart SEO has helped us save loads of time in mapping the correct SEO to our football marketplace. Excellent customer service, they come back to us within a few hours of any raising any queries and an easy to use platform, would definitely recommend, have been very happy with it since installing.

This app is very useful. I use it to control the meta title and meta description which helps improve my SEO. I seldom write reviews, but this is one company that truly deserves it. Compared it with a few other apps which does the same and find this is easier to use and much cheaper. Most importantly, it works. The customer service is excellent and fast. In fact, they even helped to solve some other issues that were not related to this app. Thank you very much.

Awesome seo app. Easy to set up and saves so much time! A must have. You can choose what you want automated too.

Fine so far. Straightforward to use. If you’re new to digital marketing you should do some general SEO research before using many of the shopify apps. Much of it you can do for free and it’s not as difficult as it first seems. But there are plenty worse SEO starter apps on here than this one.

Highly Recommend Smart SEO for how user friendly the app is. I've tried others but this is the best!

We just installed this app a couple of days ago. Since we didn't have time to learn all of the nuances of the app, we reached out to Smart SEO tech support for help. They were AWESOME! They were more than willing to configure everything for us! Within a day they had completed the configuration and emailed us right away to let us know. I'm not certain how we will determine how effective the app is as time goes on, but if the app is anything like their customer service we'll be ecstatic!!! Thank you, and kudos to the Smart SEO team!!!!

What can I say, these guys catch bullets in their teeth and leap tall buildings in a single bound. I looked at to set-up and said to myself, there is no way I can do this. I sent them an email - they asked for permission to my Apps and Themes-they set-up my App-then sent me an email not only telling me it was done THEY ALSO SUGGESTED I add Collection Descriptions on my Collections Pages and add my Logo and SM URLs to the Smart SEO App settings. I feel empowered.

So far so good, this app has done alot of work in a short period, and my traffic is showing it. Looking forward to see what happens after more time.

I've been using this app since the first week of my store (on year 2 now.) The low star rating is because I've configured the app more than once now, and after months of thinking it's running in the background, setting up all my SEO -- I opened the app today and it had no configuration whatsoever. It acted like I just installed it. So my store has been running for who knows how long without the SEO benefits from this app. It's just frustrating. I really did like this app, but this has happened twice now and if I was notified of it, I never saw it. Disappointed. Hoping the company will contact me. ---edited to add the company replied very quickly with sincere apologies and no doubt will help me fix this. excellent application I am already using it for a month, and it works well to identify if there is a problem with seo.

This app could seem a little bit too techy at first, but in reality is quite straightforward at the same time very powerful with its templating engine. We managed to optimize all our 200+ product meta tags and image alt tags in just a few minutes. On top of that it added JSON-LD data for all our pages, it even added JSON-LD offers for our collection pages, which is quite neat. Also, support from Milen and the team is great! A+ for a great app!

We've used SmartSEO for a while now and found it really easy to set up and use. JSON-LD structured data in particular. The flexibility it provides with multiple templates for both product details and images, at both individual product and collection levels, means you can get as granular as you want with your SEO. Recommended.

Previously gave a bad review for this app because of no response from support. But it turned out those days are their public holiday so they haven't responded immediately. And they have addressed my queries shortly after the holiday period and provided me with great details. Their patience and professionalism is highly appreciated!
