We just added this app to help with setting up Virtual fittings since our brand has moved to online only due to COVID. I'm so please with the ease of installation, integration, and set up. I ran into an issue with setting the duration and support was quick and they fixed the problem for me and also sent me a tutorial video for how to do it in the future.

I used this app to help my client book Reiki sessions. I've been with other plugin/app providers before and decided to switch to Sesami due to their ease of use and customer support. They are an extremely helpful and smart group of people who continue to amaze me with their knowledge, and understanding of appointment booking on Shopify! 10/10 would recommend!!!

This is a very nice app. I would want to walk through the dashboard before you create a product and or employee.

Save your time and download Tipo booking instead. Downloaded Sesami for my site, it worked at first, and then I was unable to see any of my available appointment times on my product page. After a week of trying to contact Sesami customer report and receiving no help or calls back, I decided to delete the app and try another. Don't waste your time, there will be no help provided when you need it.

Everything about the app is great except for one major issue. People cannot choose a custom time if booking multiple hours. For instance if someone wants a 4 hr block the times available wil be 12-4, 4-8, 8-12. So if someone wanted to book 2-6 they cant which im really upset that i didnt know before hand

App seams very good but I got some problems as both add to cart and book a appointment shows for the same item. This because shopify has the feature "add to cart" on all created products. I have however received wonderful help from Sesami support to solve this problem. Super happy about the customer support

So far so good. Haven’t used it too much but it appears to be doing the job. However it doesn’t allow me to access my admin panel until a review is made- this should be optional

I am very happy with it so far, it works very well and is easy to use. The free option is very good, does what I need it to do at the moment and I'll probably upgrade when the additional features are needed.

I enjoy the app however the free version has some frustrating areas. The save button on the calendar is easily forgotten using a phone, the dates don’t stay fixed they move from what’s been selected.

its okay so far, I am still learning it. Will leave another review at a later date on how it goes. thanks

App provides all the functionality we need and is easy to use. We had one small display issue which their support team helped us resolve quickly.

This app has been a life saver. It has taken so much work off of my shoulders. Easy for the customer to use as well as myself. Highly reccommed

Sesami was referred to me by a help agent on Shopify and have been using it for a few months now with no problem. Convenient for me and my customers.

App is ok, sends all the emails in a dark mode and the tech support tells you to change your outlook settings. That does not help on the customers end. Squishes and distorts your email and logo. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Perfect app for making appointments for shopping time during Corona lockdown. I want to give 6 stars for support, these guys will solve your problem within the blink of an eye.

I was having trouble on my end setting up the app and was kinda stressing out because I was getting ready to launch my service within hours. I contacted the support team and quickly recieved a call back walking me through my issues, which now I know didnt even have anything to do with the app but with my Shopify account set up. Nonetheless, I appreciate the great customer service and willingness to go above and beyond. The app is super innovative and seamless + the assurance knowing I can reach out for help calls for this 5 star review!

I was confused as to how to set appointment time but I got help very fast. We was able to solve the problem and he showed me how to add to my menu on my website. Definitely appreciated the help and rapid response. If you have any issues call or message they will help you at no charge.

I'm using this app to schedule my music production coaching sessions. Love this app! It makes everything seamless by adding new events to my calendar, schedule my availabilities, and so on. Keep it up!

Just installed. Loved the app and had great customer support service. Could customize it in Portuguese an set it up to Brazil.
