Lightening quick support when it's needed (which is not often). This app team has thought ahead - we changed our theme today and automatically received an email saying they see we changed it, and would we like them to update the integration with their app, or would we like to do it. I asked them to - no charge, quick as can be, and seamless. I wish other apps and support teams were this outstanding.

Josh has been very helpful and patient with all of my questions and is there to help out when I need a little extra help! He has gone above and beyond in steering me in the right direction on more than one occasion. I would definitely recommend this app!

Really thrilled with the support and ease of use. I have learnt so much about SEO by working through all my websites issues just by using this app. It's really interesting seeing where there are errors and omitted key words etc when doing the SEO scan each time I fix something. Josh and the team got back to me ASAP when I had some coding issues and fixed it for me within hours. They are all so friendly and polite. I have already noticed we have moved up a number of pages with a very basic google search which is great.

The best part about writing this review is that it's my second time. You may sound that's odd or why but that happens to be one of the best stories of SEO Meta Manager. Just so everyone is clear the product is outstanding which is what I said the first time. The initial reason I gave a below average was related to customer service. Here's the great part as I immediately received an inquiry from Josh the owner and I can now say after talking with him in person he's one smart guy. He asked me to share with him what happened which I did and thought that would be it. Josh not only admitted to me that SEO dropped the ball but asked for my advice and set up a specific call which he gave me nearly an hour as it relates to helping deal with it. I could tell he took a lot of notes and 101% or maybe 102% assured me that changes were already in the process. I urged everyone that besides the app itself being extremely helpful the person founder gets on my 1 to 10 scale an 11 for being opened, listening and just because you're born a tech genius he realizes that the company can and should put the consumer first. If you don't have this app then I will tell you again after my 25 years of experience in the CPG world that this company is Google worthy of being bought someday. I've had this app for about 1 month now and can say that I am happy with the rankings I am receiving. The app is intuitive and easy to use. One small complaint is the support response time.
