It's a very bad software. I uninstalled it but it still keeps charging me. I contacted for a refund for a month but it still hasn't been processed. We’re sorry for the frustration here. As soon as you reached out, we issued a refund and contacted Shopify to make sure the credit was applied correctly. The charge you saw was from a billing cycle prior to uninstalling, which is why it showed up after removal. We also followed up with you right away to confirm these steps. Please reach out to our support team so we can verify everything looks resolved on your end.

Easy to use after the initial set up and watching the how to videos. Makes it super easy for technically challenged users like me to fix 404 errors and optimise for SEO. Support is very quick and responsive. Great app so far and definitely recommend it.

The app was really easy to use. It has been helping me rank high in Google searches. I’d highly recommend this app if you are trying to dabble in the seo enhancement game. It’s better than others I’ve tried.

I’ve been reading these great reviews and hoped to have an improvement. Unfortunately not all features are working and the set up seems not complete. I have been trying to contact multiple times but since weeks I haven’t heard anything. It’s upsetting because the app was so promising. I use the paid plan for 30$

It's very disappointing. Even though I selected the $59 plan during the trial period, not all features are unlocked, and I can't use these paid features. How am I supposed to know whether these features work or are suitable for me? I have 3 Shopify online stores that all are using this SEO. Easy to understand and use. Customer Service (Josh) took the time to conference call me step by step and answer all my concerns. The automated setting takes the workload off and this SEO keeps up with all search updates. I would highly recommend this SEO app.

The Venntov SEO Manager application is the optimal choice for a website that contains a substantial number of products, such as xios-store.ch, but it is not limited to that. We are a Shopify Plus company with 3 stores. We've been utilizing SEO MANAGER on all 3 sites for a little over 7 years now. Couldn't be happier. These guys' support as well is just as awesome as the functionality of the app itself. Recommend that you either go with the "Essential" or "Professional" plans (well worth it). If you are looking to increase your sales, this app is a must. P.S. If you are using something like the Vitals app for SEO, delete it! Install SEO Manager instead!

Great application to optimize product snippets, monitor broken links, and optimize SEO. I had a late-night issue with some Google Console errors and the founder quickly jumped in to help resolve these issues. Very impressed by their level of support and commitment to their customers.
