I don't know if it does help, but I have installed it. They do reply emails. But, I am not very skilled in e-commerce sites so don't know how it will help my site.

Still testing, will review again Update: from 3 to 4 star Tested most of its functions, its easy to use and analysis are quite useful. If I see improvement in my ranking I will give it another star.
