I installed the app and as a SEO beginner I really thought this was helpful to find a structure and getting to know what is not really working on my store.

Great app for a beginner in SEO, easy to use, you can generally figure out what you need to do to improve SEO.

I am very pleased with their work so far. I paid upfront and was given a bit of a discount. They went through my entire site and cleaned some plaguing issues that were keeping my site from being fully optimized and now they are focusing on the keywords we agreed to go after. Their service was okay. I think I expected too much since I paid up front, and I wasn't told when the work would be completely until I asked them about it. Then they did complete it on time, but I was expecting more work to be done than what was actually done. I thought that their work would including site optimization, which would increase my store loading speed, and this was not the case. I even sent them a screen shot of what google said needed fixing on my site 6 days before they were done. They said the would look into it. A couple days later they said they are done with my site, but they didn't address any of the issues in the Google speed test I sent them. I won't say I felt like they didn't do any work. I feel like that they should have told me up front that they couldn't do the things I was asking. But instead they chose to take my money and do what they wanted to do. So know I have to spend more money to find someone to do what i asking for in the first place.

I was having difficulty trying to figure out all the SEO jargon. This app was a gigantic help in getting me started in the right direction.

The app is good up until you try to fix your score. I changed my "home page" to fix the issues I overlooked and the app is not recogizing it at all. Makes me a little sad to say that. I'm trying to score higher than my competitors - personal trophy and cake to follow.

I'm not sure if this is one guy working on code or a team working on it, but whoever the individuals are, they seriously deserve a pat on the back. They really know how to optimize SEO. The price will be out of range for some people, but it really is useful once you put the investment into it. The only feedback I would have is have a starter package so it doesn't just go immediately from Free to a high monthly payment, since most people will immediately not opt-in because of that. Aside the point, incredible job!
