Great app, love that there are tons of templates to choose from that are relevant (Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas, etc). Also very doable price compared to competitor apps, which charge based on traffic.

I can't stress enough how amazing this product is. Its simple to use and fuss-free, does all the essentials and costs even less for those very required essentials like email marketing, analytics, etc. The bare necessities are covered for any store. I would recommend this over Privy ( which i used and disabled because it was unnecessarily complicated and buggy), and Omnisend ( which was absolutely overly complicated and useless, cos there were so many weird problems in setting up the images on a simple newsletter that it stressed me out). Furthermore, the costs on this is so friendly for new store owners and doesn't burden us! TQ Abandonment protector for your amazing app/ only thing really missing is customer service, which i have to email back and forth and takes up too much time to get a response, reason being is their team is small and can't expand. So if you read my review, feel confident enough to give them a try, it's a 30 day FREE TRIAL anyway and you really can't go wrong! This app is grossly UNDERRATED, and it outperforms many of the big names i mentioned. It's simple enough for a newbie but sophisticated enough for pros.

This is the best app ever known. This is not a simple abandonment protector. You can get the perfect email marketing, replacing mailchimp, paying the a good price and using more utilities in the same app. Thanks Chilliapps for your support every time.

The app is okay but the support is horrible. I've been going back and forth for a whole week with them. No one over there can give me an answer about how to make my emails not end up in promotions. It shouldn't be a hard question to answer.

Awesome app! I was paying $400+ a month for Klaviyo and another $1000-2000 for an email guy to do our email stuff and after seeing his flows etc they were not as good as the ones in this app - so I switched to this app! Currently we are getting about 10% abandonment recovery rate + the welcome series is very effective for getting new sign ups and converting them later too! 10/10 from us.

This app is very easy to use and has great pre built layouts to choose from. I would definitely recommend the app to anyone who is looking to improve the back-end of their site i.e cart recovery emails.

Fantastic application for cart abandonment and once setup, you can let it run in the back and do it's thing! Great support from the team too - very impressed. All at a great price too - very happy

Easy to use and set up. Great for beginners. some of the customizations could be better like when you change the words in a preset Discount code it doesn't center and looks off if you don't use the exact amount of characters.

It works like a breeze! Very intuitive, I was able to set up my popups and emails follow up in few minutes. While my site is being prepared, I turned off the plug-in temporarily and asked to turn it off with saving settings, and without removing the payment, and the guys went to meet me! Thank you In the near future I plan to establish how the site will be ready for full operation.

I LOVE this app! It has everything that i need, pop up messages and various emails for all possible situations - for people who abandoned cart, for purchases, automated follow up emails, emails offering new offers and many other things! And the support is incredible! The reply is very fast and they did everything possible to fix the problem that i had. I highly recommend this app!!

I am very glad :) Very good application. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to resolve email campaigns automatically. UPDATE: Unfortunately there is very often this error "Unable to send test email, please try again". Sometimes only the time solve the problem...it works the day after.

I use this app for email marketing, the templates are really good and easy to use and the support is very good. But this app is not working to capture the abandoned checkouts.

I spent hours trying to get all of the functionality of the app to work. The exit popups, yes that worked. The emails?......nope. Even though the app indicated it was sending them out, the test cases that I sent to myself never arrived. The video tutorials aren't particularly helpful. What this app really needs is much much better documentation, perhaps in a detailed pdf format. Add to that canned responses to some of the questions I asked and that lead me to remove the app and go try something else. Good luck if you can get it to work.
