Funktioniert erstklassig mit Shopify zusammen. Bisher ist nicht eine Bestellung verlorengegangen. Sendcloud selber spart uns im Versandprozess sehr viel Zeit und Nerven.

J'utilise Shopify depuis 2 mois et j'en suis complétement satisfaite. Il est assez facile à comprendre et les informations pour comprendre son fonctionnement son très accessible.

Application facile à utiliser. L'équipe de Sendlcoud est compétente et facile à contacter. On peut facilement intégrer ses propres contrats.

Wir nutzen Sendcloud als super Ergänzung zum Shopsystem. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Das System läuft ohne Probleme und wenn doch mal was ist, funktioniert der Support tadellos.

Excelent ! A very good solution to save time in the process of printing Shipping Labels and Track & Trace parcels. (2018) Today again problems with the integration. Orders are not synchronizing from Sendcloud to Shopify. I need to spend now all day checking which orders I send and which I didn't send. Sendcloud does't send Shopify the information that my orders were fulfilled. Also asked for some king of compensation but nothing seems to happened. Very dissapointed ! (2021)

I love Sendcloud. Integration is done with a few clicks. After receiving an order the label is almost instantly at Sendcloud - just print it and that's it. Couldn't be easier!

Le produit est génial, mais je ne recommande pas de l'utiliser car il y a un gros problème avec la connexion avec UPS, ce qui réduit considérablement la satisfaction du client de votre entreprise. Le client reçoit une notification indiquant que la commande sera livrée demain, alors que l'étiquette vient d'être imprimée dans Sendcloud. C'est très problématique et nous avons déjà contacté Sendcould plusieurs fois, pour qu'on nous dise de contacter UPS, ce qui n'est toujours pas résolu. Si vous n'apportez pas d'améliorations immédiates, nous cesserons de l'utiliser car cela cause beaucoup de désagréments à nos clients. Merci pour votre support rapide.

La meilleure application pro pour gérer nos envois de colis. L'équipe est toujours prête à aider, un vrai bonheur.

Deze app is heel simpel in gebruik. En kom je er toch niet uit dan is de klantenservice snel bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam.

Dit is het beste platform om pakketten te verzenden voor elke webshop eigenaar. Werkt perfect bespaard je enorm veel tijd. App zit goed in elkaar en sluit naadloos aan op shopify.

Très bon outil de gestion pour sa logistique. Simple, rapide et facile d'utilisation. Le service client est très réactif également.

What can I say, a shipping tool that does not give accurate shipping prices for shipping destinations (leading to higher charges later and unknown at the time of sending). You better not have to send multiple packages for a single order to a destination where customs are charged. Dimensional weight? Not a thing in this app. If you only send small, single packages per order, it might work well for you, but it just lacks a lot of functions that I would expect from a shipping app.

Heel handig in gebruik en gemakkelijke installatie in combinatie met Shopify. Ook een snelle en goede helpdesk voor al je vragen. Zeker proberen!

Handig in gebruik. Gemakkelijk te installeren. Ik heb nog niet met andere systemen gewerkt dus kan wel niet vergelijken.

I am facing a huge problem with the company. They charged me a ton of labels that were never shipped. That means they charge labels only but for the cost of shipping which sound crazy! If you change one word they consider its a new label and so on and so on... No way to get a refund from them as my labels are more than 6 weeks old. Customer service pretends not to understand the situation and keeps trying to charge me undue fees! STAY AWAY
