Seriously love this app! Brilliant at creating custom emails. Ideal for sending out regular newsletters and customer emails. Also super easy to use for those familiar with Shopify. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a user friendly way to get more customer interaction!

Very easy to configure, even for the novice. Templates, custom options and flow are terrific to get up and running quickly and efficiently. Plus, the support is outstanding.

This app is great! I'm not as computer savvy as a lot of people and this was easy to figure out. I use this app for my newsletter to my customers and so far so good. I'm just 4 months into my business so my customer count is not a huge size yet but I will definitely keep continuing to use this app as my go to newsletter. I haven't tried any other features yet but I will test it as I go. Thanks!

I used to app to create emailers for the holiday season. It was my first time using them. The emails were very easy to create, the templates were great and best of all when I set the times for the emails to go out, they were all on time!! I appreciate the service and will use it again

UPDATE: I've been using Seguno for a few months now and am still very happy. I love the new features added to exclude/include tagged groups of customers in a newsletter and automated emails. This has allowed me to include my wholesale customers in my database. By tagging them as wholesale I can exclude them from the retail emails and newsletters and am going to work on setting up wholesale specific automation. Interactions with support have been quick, friendly and I feel like they really listen to the users. THANK YOU! I've been very pleased with this app since switching over from mailchimp. Templates are easy to set up, I like the direct integration with Shopify. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to select specific customers to send emails to without having to tag them all - i.e. all customers in a particular state or customers I manually select.

Just perfect , gone are the days of clunky email campaigns, We just love it . Intergrates very well with Shopify, we should of installed this from day one. A must for all shopify store owners

My first campaign launched and instantly had 10 people on the site and cha ching all night and day long. It launched a full list of selected products and basically put my storefront in their inbox. It’s as simple to use as Shopify itself. I don’t just highly recommend. I live by it now as the best return on my investment since I’ve launched in April earlier this year.

This is a very useful App, very easy to use and helped with contacting all my online customers. Will use again and again.
