A really friendly and helpful support staff to speak to whenever there is a need or inquiry about how systems work and where to find information. Also a really great app for building newsletters that integrates so well with Shopify so our newsletters are clear yet unique to us. 10/10 would recommend!

We have made a few newsletters that were very effective. The process is smooth and self explanatory. Also the back in stock emails have been great.

I love the plug in but wish it was just a bit cheaper so I could afford the other feature they have, where it can autosend out newsletters. Sadly not making enough yet to afford it, but at the least it's easy to use and set up. Great for newbies and seasoned alike.

We transitioned from another major player in email marketing, data retention was our biggest worry. Happy to say it was a very simple process Seguno imported our client lists and segments without any trouble. Its integration with Shopify is great, we are now looking at further reducing the number of apps and our costs by using Seguno to implement our Back in stock, and on site reviews.

The app looks good, but the customer service is terrible. It's been five days now and I'm still having a minor issue. They sometimes take two days to respond and don't seem interested in helping you, even though you can see they're online. All I want is for them to set it up so that my customers receive emails in their own language. Normally, any other company would have solved this within 10 minutes. The best advice I can give you is to use apps from Asia for this kind of thing. You get a response within 30 seconds, they ask for access to your store themselves, and solve any problem within minutes. I'm giving them two more days to fix this, then I'm gone. For $35 a month, you can get apps that are ten times better. Hello there, We're sorry you didn't have a great experience at the beginning. We started using Seguno when we opened our store back in 2018. We then were convinced to switch to Omnisend and then Kalviyo due to the agencies we worked with. Seguno was bay far the easiest to navigate, had the best pricing and really they make our lives easier! When we decided to switch back, Chris worked hand in hand with us to get templates set up, get our flows migrated over and really took the reigns to make sure we were happy! We couldn't be happier that we are back with Seguno and the bonus: The pricing structure is GREAT!

Seguno is easy to use, has great features including the ability to showcase products visually in emails multiple ways to help keep emails fresh and eye-catching. Setting up automations such as welcome sequences and campaigns is simple and effective. I enjoy the metrics as well to let us quickly see the response to a given email or campaign.
