I just downloaded the app so I am basing my review on the support with set up. Wendy was very kind and helpful!

Recommended! Each function is clear enough to move, you can quickly find what you want to know after entering the App, and the customer service is great! Almost all the customer service is actively helping to check the website for problems. Flora in particular, you don't have to worry about where to start, she takes you step by step through the setup!

Just after installing this app I got great help from Tina, she was very patient in helping me diagnose my website's SEO issues and guided me on how to optimize it with the help of this app. Most importantly, on top of that, she gave me a lot of additional helpful guidance to help me improve my website. In any case, the user experience I got from tina already deserves a 5-star rating, and the app has more SEO optimization features worth exploring!
