We have been using this app for about 6 months now and we are very satisfied with the paid version of this app. There are quite a few features included, including some surprises that have worked well for us. They seem to be improving as time goes on, releasing new features that are helpful. There were a couple of things that did not quite work right for us aesthetically out of the box, such as the quickview option or the look and feel of the recommendations widgets. However, after contacting support they quickly edited the css to help achieve what we wanted and we are very satisfied customers of this app. They also have some useful integrations with other apps as well.

The app never worked well on mobile, buggy and sometimes simply wouldn't work. Liked most of the other features of the app and it worked well but this bug caused us to have to find another solution.

Great app, simple and easy to set up and ideal for sites that want a search for products and posts/pages.

Great app! Our customers love using Searchanise to find products they are interested in (we have more than 700+ products at the moment). Filters in search results work great. I'd like to specifically note their outstanding fanatical customer support. We use a third-party currency converter and it was not supported by this app but the team at Searchanise fixed it for us in no time and works flawlessly now! Thank you very much!

Honestly, we're a bit surprised that Shopify doesn't automatically integrate great search options into their framework to begin with. Hopefully they'll consider buying this app for permanent licensing within standard themes - because it's that good! We couldn't believe how easy it was to get started. One click to install it and all the default features were already just exactly as we wanted them. The main issue with our site is that our standard shopify search functionality could not search our "Pages" and "Blog Posts." Only our products would come up in searches. That is a major issue for our DIY Hardwood Flooring store, because much of our brand is about supporting DIYers and getting them the information they need to complete their hardwood floor projects. Our site is a wealth of information....that NO ONE COULD SEARCH! For example, if you typed "repair" into our search bar, not a single thing would appear. Even though we have several great articles that discuss hardwood floor repair and would have likely been very interesting to that searcher. With Searchandise, our entire site was indexed in just seconds, and now, queries search the entire site and our articles come up front and centre. We tried out some other search apps too, but this was the best and the easiest by far! We bought the lowest tier plan because that's all we need right now. Once we were transferred to a new customer service rep, it was easier working through our problems. Overall Searchanise seems to be the most power you are going to get for the dollars that you are paying. I will be interested to see how it performs once we have finished setting up the rest of our site.
