The app and functionalities are good. Some features are a little hard to figure out and it is too bad there is no chat support to provide some guidance in the beginning. Email support first took long to respond but has been very helpful soon after. Once everything is setup it is a very useful app and provides good filtering and search options. Can definitely recommend

Like others have mentioned, this app is a no brainer. Fairly priced, highly configurable, and up and running in a few minutes. It just works! The default Shopify search function allows for searching content in the actual product URL, which this app does not, as far as I can see. Other than that, I can highly recommend it to anyone wanting to finetune search results. We have done a weeks testing, from different platforms, and everything just works to perfection. Great app, great job. Keep it up! Highly recommended.

The features, configurations and the support of Searchanise has been awesome. It's affordable for the Pro version and the customer support are second to none. Highly recommend it.

Without doubt, the functionality Searchanise adds to our store is comparative to a Magento site and has saved us $$$'s in development costs. Love this app and so impressed with the tech support. I was a little unsure at first as the widget didn't quite fit the "feel" of my website, so I emailed support and asked for a few changes to be made, totally expecting to never hear back. Tatiana emailed me back in 24hrs with all the custom codes and they were more than happy to help, so impressed with the support! thank you!

If you have a short list of products, navigation is less important than if you have over 6,000, like my store does currently. I was hoping this smart search app would reduce friction and improve the customer experience. It has. It's well designed. One small sale a month pays for it for me. I can only imagine how many I might miss from customers bouncing out due to frustration or annoyance.

I have been using Searchanise for a while now and I am very happy with it. It does have A LOT of features and settings! I have looked around at other apps for smart searching and found they tend to be pricier and/or don't have the features and integrations that Searchanise has. I highly recommend this app!

very bad customer support. I have contacted them to help out with several issues with the setup but they literally never replied to you!

UPDATE : The team has solved the problem for our store. Thanks a lot ! The app works great for filtering and search. But since we installed it we have SEO issues. The main problem is that the app prevents us from adding h2 titles tag to our products names on our collection pages. Also, the app prevents us fron adding alt tags to our images.

I installed Searchanize first on a test site and played around with configuration. During this process I asked support many questions, and they were quite helpful since I had some very specific things I wanted to do. Once I was ready to push live, they also assisted me on that and we were able to export/import settings. Even once live I had more questions, and they even helped with some CSS to get the format correct. Great support!

Really helpful. This App has a lot of features and the support team never fails to help. I contacted them like thrice in 2 days, and they responded within a few hours of every request. They do the required changes for you without any hassle.

I used this app for the instant search widget. The functionality and the widget is great however the support does take a while to respond. But they make up for it, by providing solutions to your problems. They fixed a quite technical issue of ours. Much appreciated!

Great app, and great support, they were abele to help me solve my problem within 24hours. After trialing a few different apps that offer a search filter this is in my opinion the best.

I like the app, but we had a significant drop in speed on our shop, from 28 to 19, due to this app. I wrote to you about this to find out if there are any solutions, but I still haven't had an answer. If there is no improvement, I will have to delete the app.
