I m so in love with this App, And most i appreciate is the developer mind behind it. i have never seen an app so clean in its programming & such result oriented. Only thing i would ask is to re consider price for App so that masses can use it instead of privileged brands. if one thing is made with such a heart and mind, it should be beneficial for mass business. If they re consider their price, i guess they will have 5000 Reviews over the night instead of 50 only.

Just installed app yesterday. Char immediately reached out and offered any assistance. Today, she actually completed a visual customization change. Really impressed with her willingness to make the app suit my needs. I would highly recommend trying out this app!

Fantastic customer support - we always receive a really quick response & solution. The app has been well thought through and allows us access to all of the front end code for the pages & emails to be able to easily edit it all.

We have a very unique use-case and Char has been amazing to work with. No question is too easy or too difficult for her and she responds super fast. We did extensive testing and, while it's still early, we are very happy with the platform. We have zero reservations with recommending Conjured for your refer-a-friend needs and are excited to continue working with Char!

This app was game-changing. Many of the other apps have Shopify versions that don't look great. With Conjured, we were able to have a fully customized landing page. Char was also wonderful to work with and designed this page for us in a couple of days!

My company have been using the Conjured app for a brief time while we build out our refer-a-friend campaign. The customer support received has been AMAZING! They are quick to respond and even willing to jump on the phone and talk through questions or additional info needed. They even offer design services should you decide you need additional help. Its been brief - but love this app so far!

Amazing customer service! Char would respond within the day to all Qs and we had a lot of back and forth due to customization which was all free. Really appreciate the prompt responses and the step by step instructions too for me to do my own code changes, although Char also offered to do them himself! Very happy so far with this app and am excited to see the results. Think the base price is worth the value compared to a lot of other plans I researched. I would def recommend this app to other shops to use!

Great app and excellent customer service. We had a lot of questions and custom requests because we are a two-sided marketplace and we were really pleased with the response time and willingness to help.

They help set everything up for you from start to finish, and extremely quickly! Def recommend vs other referral programs for shopify.

GREAT referral app. Easy to implement and provides different ways of promoting your program onsite. So far since we've launched we've seen a nice lift in performance compared to our past referral app - customer service has also been great! I would definitely recommend!

Best customer service on Shopify. No matter what question or when, Char is ready with the answer. This app works as it says it does by taking care of all the logistical back end stuff needed for such a program and is integrated seamlessly with Shopify. Plus it is more affordable that some of the other better known apps out there.

Excellent customer service. We always receive prompt replies and solutions. Customer service rep, Char, is very courteous and knows how to explain the full picture when we need it, and handles everything for us (even if it's something I could have done myself with some time and struggle).

I wanted to like this app, but ended up deleting it. The standard design elements (windows, buttons, text sizes, emails) look horrible, and who's got time to custom-make all that from scratch? From an app that wants to charge me up to $ 299, I expect a standard set-up with professional look & feel that is immediate plug & play. I also do not like that the app forces you to sign up with sendgrid to send emails, and of course sendgrid wants to charge people, too. Sorry, for $ 299/month I expect an app to contain all necessary functionality. Sending emails is an integral part of a referral program and should NOT cost extra.

Out of all the referral apps I reviewed Conjured stood out the most. The way a business presents themself speaks volumes about their quality. I was not wrong to invest in Conjured. The communication is excellent, the support is excellent, the functionality is excellent. The thing that stands out the most is how secure I feel just knowing that no matter what my concerns are they will be adequately attended to. Conjured not only meets my expectations but surpasses them.
