Really pleased with whole conjured referral experience. The integration & setup was super straightforwad & their help center is robust & clear. Furthermore, what really blew me away was the FREE customization & support they offer to make sure that our whole referral program seamlessly integrated with our shops look and feel. Aimee & Char are wonderful & so quick to help answer any questions. I vetted A LOT of programs & couldn't be happier we landed with Conjured.

Really easy to set up with lots of good variables. The only part I couldn't customise was done bespoke for me in 24 hours. Great service.

We switched to Conjured after needing a referral app that supported a custom incentive (we plant trees), and has the ability to run multiple campaigns which means we can continue testing and refining our referral campaign as time goes on. Most importantly, however, is their top-notch customer support. They are responsive, timely, helpful, and clearly care about each customer. They go out of their way to reach out and support with custom coding so our referral program looks and works great.

Aimee and Char are a great team and made our referral program page look exactly as we wanted! They were amazingly fast and even when we had tweaks we wanted to make, they were able to update the design within a day. I had a lot of questions regarding how to import our email designs into our referral flow as well and Aimee & Char were both so patient and explained things to me very clearly. Now we have a referral program that looks exactly the way we want, and it only took 2 days! We're excited to see how our referral program grows from here.

We were looking to launch a unique referral program and the Conjured team (Aimee & Char) went above and beyond to make it happen! They have an incredible response time, they were willing to do VCs, design pages for us from the ground up and do whatever they need to make this a reality for us. Also, the Conjured Referral communication and program itself is incredibly thorough - they've really thought of every way to move people through the referral funnel.

This app has met all of our needs to date! Aimee was very helpful in assisting us with customizing the page and answering any questions we had. It's only been up for one day but we look forward to seeing how many referrals it leads to!

Great app with great functionality. I recommend customizing the app with their support team so that you can get higher conversions. It's one of the only apps that work on non shopify websites via embed.

We haven't launched yet, but the set-up has been a breeze. The Conjured Team will personally work with you to get your landing page looking exactly how you want it with no additional fees! The email templates & content are 100% customizable. The program is a bit more expensive than we're hoping for, but we're excited to launch and see how successful it will be for our brand :)

We have just implemented the app and were impressed by the fast customer service and great support from the team! Fingers crossed for some good results!

This app is pretty simple to use. I had some issues with alignments and the team was very responsive and helped me resolve the issues in a jiffy. keep up the good work.

Conjured Referrals is a fantastic app. Their team is also incredibly helpful in getting the app deployed. We downloaded it and in less than 3 days, deployed the referral program on both our site and in our email campaigns. I highly recommend Conjured!

This app has helped us build our referral community and their support has been very prompt in helping me navigate things!

Provides the ability to set a minimum and limit on the number of referrals advocates can make. Also have the function where friends must make a purchase before advocates are rewarded.

The app works great, we use the landing page and embedded function on the checkout page. Customer service is excellent and quickly customized the app to be more WCAG/ADA compliant!

Its a great app that help with our referral program, and I have to say their customer service is good, usually, I will get a reply in 24 hrs except for holiday ofc. But I may suggest making the FAQ more comprehensive, for some questions, I will need to ask them directly by email, but if I can find a solution by searching a keyword, it won't be much hassle for their team.

We've set this app today and Team was very helpful to customize it! We will explore more options in the coming days!

With the integration with all apps there is a user learning curve, the support team at Conjured were incredible in helping us navigate our learning curve. Having great support makes the world of difference and the support at Conjured was outstanding. Then the app itself is great! As soon as we had integrated it into our store, we started getting referrals. Wish we had done this ages ago!

Conjured Referrals is exactly what we were looking for. Easy to use (for both us and our customers), and super versitile. We haven't taken advantage of their *free* design services, but we definitely plan to in the near future. Either way, they have been incredibly helpful via customer support and I can't recommend them enough! Thank you ❤️
