Our company is in GMT+7 timezone, the time you contact us was 2:00 AM and we haven't had CS agent for that shift yet, so we haven't been able to check your inquiry and support you in time We're so sorry for this matter! We sincerely hope you can re-consider and get us another chance to support you. I believe it was just a different timezone issue, we would never leave our customers like that.. This app has everything I needed for product labels and much more. I have a paid theme so I needed additional support to set up the labels properly. Mike responded to my request for assistance within minutes and the development team had the labels showing exactly how I wanted them very quickly. Definitely recommend!

Sami Product Labels and Badges works exactly as I wanted. It took a bit of custom configuration to get things set up, but David from the support team took care of everything. He accessed our store and had it all up and running within a day. For a free app, you really can't go wrong here – smooth experience, great features, and brilliant support to back it up.

easy to work with, great assistance and on top of that free?! Amazing app! We usually just use it for a 'new' label around our products but seeing the other options available with this app should definitely do the trick to work more with it.

I had spent a while trying out different label apps. All of them seemed to display incorrectly. I used Sami and it still had an issue, but their tech support (David & Mike) had this fixed incredibly quickly. So now the labels display just as I want them. Really great service. And from a free app too.
