Good product with prompt response!

This app features a friendly interface to use. It also provides a large selection of ready-to-use stickers to use. It is really functional, and the customer support is also great (many thanks to Haley, Leika, and the whole dev team).

We always strive to support our customers at all times; however, there are certain late-night periods in our time zone when we may not receive your information in time. This is an issue we are looking into and will work to improve in the future. Moreover, we did reply back after you contacted us, however, it seems like our response to you was sent to the spam mailbox instead.. Regarding the concern you have raised, you can set up a condition to only show the label only on the collection page. If possible, I hope you can give us another chance and reinstall the app. We'll guide you directly on how to manage this function. Lastly, I believe this is just a small misunderstanding with each other. I truly hope you can understand our situation, and we are always eager to support you to the best of our ability.

Prompt, courteous and knowledge, these are a few words I would use to describe my experience with Haley a member of the Samita team. Being new to this whole experience of badges and labels on products, I search the internet and found out about Samita. Easy to customize and fantastic support! The app is fairly intuitive to use and I was able to add labels to products within just a few minutes after installing. The live technical support is also super helpful and quick. Some additional code needs to be added to integrate the app with your store but with the instructions provided and the live support team, it was a breeze. Their team member, Haley, was able to help me finish setting up the app and troubleshoot any issues that arose while being friendly and attentive! Overall awesome experience so far. Highly recommend Samita apps to help upgrade your store!

Have downloaded this today and setting this up was very straight forward. If I had questions or didn't know how to do it, live chat support was very quick and helpful- special shoutout to Haley. The app does what I need it to do which is being able to customise the text, position it to where I want it to, show up in certain collections or products while excluding the products I don't need it in and also schedule when it appears. Perfection! DEC 2024 David has recently assisted me and was helpful. I have been using this app since October now.
