EXCEPTIONAL Customer Support from Haley! This app does exactly what I hoped it would do and it's Free. I contacted customer support to remove the watermark and change the graphic on the lock message users will receive. Customer support was so kind and took care of it, no problem. I'm very impressed.

I couldn't get it to work for some reason, but their team was super quick and helpful in addressing my problems. The app is pretty easy to use so far, and has been tremendously helpful with locking some of my premium content pages available only to past customers.

So far I have a good experience with this app. I am able to hide my add to cart button and I like that I can do it for specific products. Also been able to block certain pages. In the beginning I was not able to reach customer support but at present it is quite prompt and helps with any query very nicely. It is nice app. Thank you :)

Upon trying to proceed past the initial setup, I repeatedly encountered a glitch with the captcha feature. No matter how many times I attempted to solve it, even after clearing my cookies and diligently following troubleshooting steps, the captcha remained broken. This frustrating obstacle prevented me from progressing any further within the app. Hoping to resolve this issue, I reached out to the app's customer support team for assistance. To my dismay, while they acknowledged receiving my messages, they never bothered to provide any meaningful support or solutions. It felt like I was communicating with a brick wall – my concerns were simply being read and promptly ignored. This combination of a malfunctioning feature and abysmal customer support made for the worst app experience I've ever encountered on Shopify. Not only did Sami B2B Lock,Password Protect fail to deliver on its promises, but it also wasted my time and left me utterly frustrated. I strongly advise against using this app until its developers address these critical issues and improve their customer support practices. In conclusion, my experience with Sami B2B Lock,Password Protect was nothing short of a disaster. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this app until it undergoes significant improvements.

One of the best apps EVER!!! and it's FREE. It integrates so seamlessly, straight to the point and easy to navigate. I have the option to let customers sign up/login before they are able to view my wholesale prices OR can still view product images without prices until they signup/login. I'm using this to block people who want to shop retail from viewing wholesale prices. Wish I can this app 100+ stars
