I was having some problems setting up the app for it to work. I reached out to their support and they got the problem solve in a timely manner. They also answered my question and got that settle for me. I'm rating this 5 stars

Great support and easy to setup! It definitely provides an appearance of a "busy store" and will hopefully result in more conversions.
