Great app so far and customer service was quick to assist me with a setting I had set up that would not allow the sales but she fixed it quickly for me. Great help !

Once you figure out how to get started, it does what it says on the tin. Would like to see more customisation options for the price - i.e. custom pop up messages. Responsive and helpful support team which is a plus.

When I had issues I was immediately helped ! The people are super friendly and the app makes the website look aesthetically great !

I didn't pay attention to the automatic upgrade so they ended up charging me a fee but once I talked to the support they refunded me immediately

I love love love the UI! Features are easy to use and customizable. I use it to show activity on my site. It works as advertised.

If I could put 0 stars I would.I signed up for the free plan, and the app still charges you WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT ! I exceeded 100view, the application upgrade his plan alone, without warning you !! THIEF ! THIEF ! THIEF ! THIEF !

Finding the app was easy after I looked up CartKit. The instruction videos do not match what happens after you install the app however. They need to update it.

I had a superior experience with this app. The representatives were knowledgeable, fast, and very compassionate. We worked on my issue for 2 days because I am extremely picky and I have real OCD when it comes to trying new things. I appreciate how they did not over look my concerns and they helped me. Everything is perfect now and I truly love it!!!!!

I've been using this app for a few months now. I love how user friendly is, and also they are always quick at responding, should you have any questions or concerns. I only wish it was a little cheaper :)

Sales Pop has been fantastic. We use the free plan and I recently noticed the app stopped working on my site. We had reached out max for the free plan. When I contacted their customer service, they helped me greatly and got it back working for no cost. I am impressed by the not only the app , but also by their fantastic customer support.

Sales Pop is the best app i have used as the custome service is splendid and the interface is pretty user friendly. Also it serves it purpose well as a proof the website is live and well.

Good layout of the dashboard which allowed me to get easily and set up everything within 5 mins. This app is a must have for every shopify store.

I have seen it work on others websites, so I thought I would try it since it I liked the concept. I just added the app on my site, so I don't have any personal reviews.

We have been using this app for months, and as our traffic grew it got ridiculously expensive ($300 per month). That finally pushed me to properly A/B test it - result: Conversion rate is actually higher without it.
