Love it a really good product. I use it in all my stores. Highly recommend it and will continue using it in the future. Possibly an upgraded version for extra $ but more features and a branded look?

Had some trouble starting out using the app, however the customer service guy attended my enquiry in just a flash! Great customer service & will strongly recommend if you don't mind to pay some extra bucks for a good app & a good customer service platform.

the app is very good and customizable, the pop-ups increase the conversion rate, the only pity that there are only 100 free sessions before the paid plan (the minimum is 29 dollars unfortunately) but when climbing the store it is very useful. luckily customer support is terrific and fast, willing to add you free sessions to help you experience the service better.

Very easy to use with a neat and clean design. Customer service is very friendly and always responds in a timely manner. Hopefully, there are more Chat bubble options to choose from in the future. I recommend it. :)
