I use this app to give free gifts to my customers and it works perfectly. But the best part is that you still can use a coupon on the store! This is the only app that I could find that does it! So, to me, it it perfect! And also, the support team is great. Adam helped me with everything I needed.

I started using this app to give free gift over a certain purchase value but the customers can add this free product without any purchase due to some error in the app. I have highlighted this issue for last three days but no response. Multiple follow ups. moreover the app is buggy. It doesn't allow all design changes it claims it can which also i have highlighted since last 20 days. I am planning to remove it. and won't suggest anyone to use it. Sorry I gave the access but no changes were done expect continuous emails to me to remove the review. I am removing your app today as now it is even interfering with my checkout due to your code. Its lead to lot of abandoned carts since it impacted my checkout and also lot of fraud happened due to this app. sorry but I need to be truthful about your app.

I researched the complete universe of FREE GIFT apps, as such an app is core to our business model and advertising approach. This app is excellent with all the right features and functionalities to give merchants the right options, as well as customers an easy and user-friendly customer experience. With over 50% of our sales coming from mobile, it was critical that this also work from a mobile customer experience perspective . . . and it does so very nicely. I needed to have some adjustments made for the app to work seamlessly with our theme (Impulse) on web and mobile, and Adam (the Technician) provided fast and outstanding service to get everything done on time. Thanks to him we were able to meet our go live deadline.

The app is great if you're looking to include free gifts with purchases over a certain cart value. Technical support is also very responsive! We experienced some glitches, but Adam was able to resolve them within 24h of receiving our message.

Great app, does what you need it to do. Needed some help with backend and support was immediate with a fix. Very satisfied!

I'm waiting on more advanced features such as the ability to apply gifts to entire collections and setting your own gift box colour with hex codes but it does the job and support is fast and friendly.
