This app is exactly what is advertised and works great. Specifically, it seamlessly integrates our Shopify orders with Netsuite. It automatically processes shipment information and charges credit cards when Item Fulfillments and Cash Sales are generated. Setup took a bit of time, but their service team is very responsive to get us up and going. We've been using this now for several years and it works perfectly.

Overall, Robust NetSuite Integrator is a great solution for connecting Shopify and NetSuite. We sometimes need support related to some of our customizations, but Webbee is very responsive & helpful, and issues are resolved quickly. Definitely recommend.

Using the application since 2021, the support has been excellent as well as the flow of orders into Netsuite since that time. We are very happy with the service and their support of us even when things may go wrong. Thank you especially to Shivam for all of his help.

Using since 2021, the support has been excellent at ensuring our success. Our orders have been flowing without much issue and, if there is any issue, their support team has taken care of us well.

The team at Robust is very responsive and I am a big fan of the UI of their app. The ability to open sales orders in Netsuite directly from Shopify is a very good feature. There is a wide variety of customizations that you can do and the app is very straightforward.

Great app with a lot of features! The support team is always available to help on settings and advices.

Very helpful staff member guided me through all the steps I needed to fix my problem. All it took was a quick zoom call and the issues were resolved. This is a great app that saves us a lot of time with manual entry. I would recommend to anyone who uses NetSuite.

The support staff are knowledgable and the product is very capable. If you need your data synced to Netsuite this app does it very well, the setup was quick 30-45mins and then later I had a couple of issue and that was resolved 30mins. I have used another high profile integrator for many years prior to using this one and it was more complex to setup and also has a higher price. I recommend this app, I would have saved $$$$$ if I started using it years earlier.

App is pretty robust. It does the job as advertised. The connection is easy to configure and setting is not difficult. I would recommend for people who has no heavy tech background.

I haven't worked with this app for long, but the support available as I am going through configuration is incredible. When I've bumped into problems I am able to get assistance almost immediately, and Shivam has jumped on several Zoom calls and patiently walked me through what I needed, both on the integration app side and in Netsuite. He's gone above and beyond to support me. The knowledge of the support staff is top notch and has made connecting to a notoriously challenging piece of software much less stressful. This app also has so much flexibility and so many options for our integration. It's been a pleasure to work with so far!

Robust NetSuite integrator has been consistent throughout and it runs reliably with Shopify. Good customer service. Whenever we had any issue arising Webbee has always been very quick to assist and follow up until the issue is resolved fully.

Good integrator between netsuite and shopify. As the support team is located in India, the time zone is different so we should wait for getting tech team's support but customer support team is supportive and responsible.

We've been using this product for a number of years and our issues are generally, taken care of very quickly. I've had a recent LONG and tiring experience with an ongoing issue and they've been very helpful in getting any matters resolved.

Fantastic application to link Netsuite and Shopify, works very well and offers many solutions. Very reliable. The Webee Team are more than helpful, their customer service always do their best to help out with any issues in a timely manner. Tarishi and other Customer service members always go the extra mile in helping, they always make sure everything is resolved and offer further solutions.

Had some issues with connectivity, but every time an issue arose the customer service agent was readily available and fixed the problem. Always available to get on a zoom call instead of trading emails. Overall recommend using this app for NetSuite integration.
